my complaint to HR is in progress but needed feedback whether I am overreacting or not .
personally I felt so so weird also I am student employee too and supervisor who asked me is aged 46

workplace setting : uni office admin
I am student employee: have been working in my uni for 3 years now
this supervisor of another department age 47
asks if I am virgin
asks if I have a BF or any fwb
sends me emojis 💋😈♥️😉 on WhatsApp
says “ I like you”
laughs of and says its not a meeting when I set boundaries and ask to be professional
says “ why you cute like that“
makes jokes that I just came out of my childhood
says that white women here who are married and in relationships have sexual fun at work
says that if women want provider men they shouldn’t compete with men at work
says that ABC Employee has nice legs
lingers around my desk all the time
calls our VP controlling guy
ps. he has been suspended until formal investigation is done but is this serious offence ?
is this harassment or just inappropriate?

is it okay for a male co-wroker (not direct supervisor) to ask a female student employee if she has a bf or do fwb or if she is virgin? This is in a university setting and he is a supervisor in our department and I am student employee. he is 46 divorced with 2 kids
even if there was a friendly workplace relationship? He asked on private platform and send me purple devil emojis, kisses, hearts and winks all the time.
when i say its unprofessional he said he does not care as it is not a uni platform and he said hahahah
he also said that white women sleep around at workplaces here in canada despite being married or in a relationship

he commented about a director that she has nice legs .. to me.
he crosses boundaries and says I am naive and conservative, and came out just out of childhood and I know nothing about world.
