Sauces for our volume salads?

I'm curious what sauces or seasonings is everyone using for their volume salads? Been toying with Greek yoghurt ones a little bit now

Feel somewhat bad for not liking the Road

Curious if anyone else has felt this way about this book or another that is highly regarded? I heard so much about the Road by Cormac and I love apocalypse horror so I was excited to read it. Got around 60 to 100 pages in and I had to tap out and since then I've felt like bad for not liking it since it's so well regarded. I think this feeling intensified recently when talking to my PT at the gym about books and I brought up the Road and he said Cormac was a genius. Wondering if anyone had this experience also? With this book or another?

Getting past a stall period

Hey all, so my mounjaro journey has been incredible and has ups and downs. I started 32st 12lbs and now currently 22st 7lbs after 1 year. For the majority of the period I was on 5mg then suddenly I started to get serious side effects no matter what I ate so my diabetes nurse suggested we lower back to 2.5mg so I've been on that since. My first weigh in on the 2.5 I'd lost around 6 or 7lbs in the month, however for the past 2 months I've maintained. It's quite a gut punch as I feel like I've failed or am failing. My diet is the same, eating good and I'm exercising twice a week for a total of 2 hours weight training. Is there something to get past this? Has anyone else experienced the same? I'm seeing so much conflicting information that its becoming genuinely confusing. Thanks!

Is bariatric surgery the appropriate next step?

Hello all, I'm in a difficult and confusing mind set at the moment. At my starting weight I was 32st 12lb and after a year of using mounjaro 2.5 to 5mg as well as dieting and exercising I now weigh 22st 7lbs. I had to come down from 5mg to 2.5 as the 5 was essentially making everything impossible to eat as I was continually Ill.

Currently I'm maintaining my weight which isn't something I'm happy about as want to lose at least a few more stone to reach approval for skin surgery. I have an appointment with the physician to discuss whether bariatric surgery would be an appropriate next step for me or not. However I'm curious would everyone here recommend it? As it stand my diet is the same (healthy one and clean eating) and my exercise is 2 hours weight training a week.

Would you all recommend a bariatric procedure as the next step? And how has people's experiences been with it? Thank you.

Sub theme for next movie

Just finished seeing Burn and it was incredible. Rewarched the others followed to refresh myself and noticed that:

Evil Dead - Focuses on the sister

Rise - The mother

Burn - The wife

The next with 2nd post credit scene bringing back El, could we get the daughter as a protagonist?

Worth in 2026?

Hey all,

I used to play the game when it first released even in the closed beta but I stopped. I've been hearing about it more and more including some negative aspects. Is it worth playing still? I really enjoyed it when I originally played. Thanks!

edit: If so, should I pay for membership?
