Does top 2/3 NIT tag (circuit branch )exist in companies??
And if yes , does it help?

So I gave me adv yesterday and it went decent , enough to join IITs but the low tier ones, My mains went good and can get very good circuit branches in top 2 NITs. But I discovered today there is a lot of hype for IITians in the dating market. So now one side of me is saying to join these IITs just for the sake of the game. But I know very well if I join these I will be off with a average Placement, I could get much higher via top nits circuital. So I wanna know, is it worth joining IIT in my case, for social prestige ? So people won’t find this suspicious, I will reveal my exact rank in mains:- 4087
