At first I thought GUP might be referencing the video, but the Youtube video came out in 2016, and this episode released in 2012. Maybe they were both referencing a third, well known joke in Japan?

I think she's still saying "Shitsurei, kamimashita," as per normal, but they're just chosing to translate in a way more appropriate to this scene. Would it be conjugated differently depending on who's doing the biting?
