So short back story my father is 6'0 or 183cm and my mom is 5'2 or 157cm, and I'm 174cm or 5'8.5 and, when I was 15.5-16 years old I was 5'7 or 170cm and I only grew 4cm in 5 years which is disappointing but I was wondering if I can get extra 2-3cm if sleep well eat well and exercise well, and if the plates are open.
