F/23/5’4” [158lbs > 119lbs =39 lbs] (8 months) 10k steps/day + calorie deficit

So happy with the progress I’ve made. Still trying to lose the “skinny fat” look and focusing on toning my arms and building muscle in the gym now. Walking every day has made me really happy, and I’ve had significantly less migraines since altering my diet. :)

Im curious about my body fat percentage but I don't care all that much. I mostly do incline walking.

Are men actually afraid to approach pretty women or is that a lie to make women who don't get approached feel better?

I haven't dated in 4 years. I prefer to meet potential partners in person. I have only had bad experiences with dating apps. I never get approached... like ever. Maybe twice in my entire life at social events. I've always been told I am pretty, and I believe that myself, but every time I go out with my friends, they get approached and I never do. I am starting to think that people saying "men are afraid to approach pretty women" is just a lie to make people feel better about not getting approached. I know I could do the approaching, but men are usually in large groups and that is intimidating to me. lol. I am never out in large groups, so it can't be because they dont want to approach a girl with several people.

Tilted Uterus effecting several parts of my life

Hi. I found out today during my first pap/pelvic exam that I have a tilted uterus. This perfectly explains alot of issues I struggle with.

I have extreme pain during sex, I bleed every time. I can't hold my urine and I will pee myself if I don't get to a bathroom very urgently. I have bad pelvic pain during my periods and I can't wear tampons because they hurt. I also have chronic constipation that I believe is exacerbated by the anatomical difference (not the main cause)

This trait is passed down by my mom who has little to no issues because of it.

Any advice on the painful sex issue? I am a 22 year old woman and avoid sex almost completely because of the embarrassment of bleeding and the fear of having pain afterward. I have an ultrasound for later this month to take a closer look.

Weight loss plateauing and food noise increasing.. How can I take back control?

In February of this year, I started a calorie deficit. I was feeling great and lost about 10-15lbs. Then I started incorporating cleaner eating and 10k+ steps everyday. I lost another 15-20 lbs since then. I am down 37 pounds or so since February.

I was feeling great at first, very in control and proud of myself. However, my weight loss has stalled greatly. I am consistently stuck between 119 and 123 lbs depending on the day. No true losses or gains in the last month just fluctuations. This is hard to deal with and especially frustrating when I eat very cleanly, I eat in a controlled deficit and I get my cardio in every single day.

Along with the stalling, my food noise has gone up and my self control has gone down. I’m still eating pretty well into a deficit but I’m CONSTANTLY looking for a snack, a sweet treat or just something to chew on even when I’m not hungry. I was really good at avoiding this for awhile but it’s back in full swing. It makes me feel guilty and disappointed and I think it has contributed to my weight stalling.

Any thoughts? Can anyone relate? My diet is 90% Greek yogurt, fruit and meats but I somehow always slip up and eat out of boredom almost every night. It is so frustrating because my self control used to be rock solid.

Ill have a great day of clean eating full of nutrients and then ruin it all at the end of the night with a bunch of nutrient-less junk. it's a bad feeling.

No response to usual successful laxative regimen

I take bisacodyl and a cap of miralax weekly to be able to use the bathroom, but this week it did absolutely nothing for me. No cramping, no urges, no bowel movement at all.

It’s been 12 hours since I took it and usually within 6-8 hours I’m having intense cramps and several bowel movements. Has this happened to anyone else? 0 response?

I understand responses can be delayed but I literally have 0 indication of the medication working at all.

I’m not worried about an obstruction because I’m not vomiting or unable to pass gas, I’m just so confused as to why nothing has happened. This method has never failed me before.

I met with my GI doc last week and she encouraged me to continue this regimen I use and I’m very surprised it just seemed to stop working altogether.

I haven't made any major changes to my diet or routine. Last week I ate a bit more than usual for 2 days but that is it.

Bisacodyl laxatives are the only thing that help but they put me in immense pain

I take bisacodyl stimulant laxatives once a week to use the bathroom since I'm barely ever able to do it spontaneously, and it works; however, it puts me in immense pain every time I take them.

I take them with a cap of miralax and it's extremely effective, but the pain causes gas and nausea that is almost unbearable.

Does anyone have any success with another brand of laxatives that don't make you feel like absolute shit?

Hello fellow Twenty One Pilots Fans! I came across this Bandana I bought in June of 2019 on Twenty One Pilot’s Bandito tour. It is brand new and a great display piece.

I am asking for a price around $75-90 dollars for this piece of merchandise based on its demand and rarity. I may also need more based off shipping costs & where it’ll be shipped to.

I can accept Venmo or cashapp. I also sell on Vinted and the shipping label can be printed directly from that website if that works better for you.

I bought this bandana from the June 8 2019 Atlantic City New Jersey show on The Bandito Tour. It is a great collectors item and piece of merchandise.

Hi! I saw Twenty One Pilots in June 2019 in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and just came across this bandana I purchased at the show. Would anyone want to buy it? I don't have it on display, so someone else would make better use of it.

Foods/supplements/routines that actually produce a bowel movement?

What foods/routines/supplements (include brands pls) actually help you use the bathroom?

For context, I am a highly active 22 year old female who has been struggling with IBS-C with no apparent cause for the last 5-7 years. Even when I was sedentary I had these issues. I've had all the tests/scans done and haven't had any relief. I'm starting to suspect it is pelvic floor tightness. I never use the bathroom without the help of a stimulant laxative. Without it, i will go 9-12 days with no bowel movement.

Things that don't help: Fiber (greens, kiwis, berries etc), leafy greens, oatmeal, magnesium supplements, beans etc.

Things that sometimes help if i'm lucky: big greasy meals (not ideal), coffee sometimes. laxatives (only stimulant ones)

I have tried magnesium supplements but had no success. I also plan to try chia seeds.

Please tell me what foods/supplements/routines have actually helped you no matter how bizarre/weird. I desperately need a change and can't keep relying on stimulant laxatives. I also plan to meet with my doctor soon. I will try anything atp.

Fiber does absolutely nothing for me

No matter how much fiber I eat and how much water I drink with it, all fiber ever does is make me gassy and bloat me. Does anyone else experience this?

I have to take a stimulant laxative weekly just to be able to go to the bathroom.. i never spontaneously go anymore. I drink so much water, i walk 10k+ steps everyday, I eat clean, i've tried prescription medications, miralax, everything.

How to be sure im losing fat and not muscle?

Hello, I am a 164.5cm, 22 year old female. Since the beginning of the year, I’ve lost 39 pounds and went from a BMI of 26.6 to 20.2.  (158 to 119 lbs).

I’m happier with the way I look for sure, but I still have some lower abdominal fat that really bothers me while my face, arms and legs are thin.

I achieved this weight loss through a strict calorie deficit and 9-14k steps every day for the last few months. I've made major dietary and nutritional improvements.

How can I make sure that these last couple pounds I lose come mostly from my abdomen? I know you can’t spot target fat but I want to be sure I’m losing fat and not muscle. Any advice?

I know protein intake is important to stay lean and avoid muscle loss but I only get 65-70g on my best days which isn’t enough for my body weight. I am trying my best to find ways to increase protein.
