Tactical Elephant

Picked the game back up after years of not playing it and I have to say, there's just something about a guy riding an elephant with a RPG that scratches a specific itch in my brain! Best game in the series? To me it is!

Help Needed With Longfellow Sound Replacement

Recently I had the idea of making Nightcall by Kavinsky play inside the Longfellow whenever the player gets in after seeing this 10 year old mod.

After installing the mod(as expected) the mod did not work.

And after inspecting the mod, extracting the soundbank and replacing it with a new one, I still couldn't get it to work. It appears that the soundbank the original author was trying to replace (car_muscle with id 65206985) was the key turn/ignition sound of the Longfellow (which I couldn't hear in game *without* the mod).

I've looked trough almost all car related soundbanks and still couldn't find a viable replacement or any other similar mods for the Longfellow.

I'm at a loss, please, any help will be greatly appreciated for this silly meme mod!

Buying a Settlement With the 'Everything Has a Price' Perk?

I'm on a "independent merchant" playthrough and my goal is to purchase a settlement without going to war with anyone and/or without conquering it. Will I be able to do it? If I did, what would happen to the settlement, will it get targeted instantly by the same kingdom I purchased it from? Thanks in advance for any replies, it's my first time properly playing Bannerlord.

I Made a Salamanders Purity Seal for My Backpack! (Details in Description)

Process:

-Make or find old looking paper(I used instant coffee on a regular sheet of paper since I didn't have any alternatives)
-Print the seal text on the said paper
-3D print a Salamander's Seal STL (I got mine off of Bambu Lab's App)

-Use your desired paint to paint it (I used Citadel Mephiston Red Spray paint)

-Glue the paper and the seal together (my paper had a "Glue Here" text at the top of it)

-(Optional: add a piece of Velcro to the seal, it goes great on backpacks in my opinion)

Seal Itself: 3D printed with eSUN PLA+

Paint used: Citadel Mephiston Red Spray (it was literally the only red color I could get my hands on from Citadel)

Paper: Regular boring old A4 paper dipped in instant coffee (more coffee=darker paper(kinda))
Glue: Super glue to glue the paper on the seal and contact glue to attach the Velcro (since Velcro needs to have a stronger glue bond)

Text: A photoshop file I made, sized for A4 paper.

What's on the text: Slightly modified versions of this post (huge shoutout to the OP) and a quote of Vulkan (the one at the very bottom)

Notes for anyone want to recreate this:
If you're going my way and are going to dip the paper in coffee, first do the dip, dry it properly (200C in an oven for 5 minutes is an option however mad lead(will) to warping at the edges.

Print AFTER preparing the paper, DON'T print a piece of paper and dip it in coffee, it washes away the ink and end result will be pale and faded.

Based on future desire/demand I can share the file I made (and used) for the text!
