Hey everyone, I just bought a B&T TP9, this is my first purchase since prior to July 1st. I’ve read through a bunch of the current landscape and I just wanted to see what the ideal path is for building up to a suppressed SBR while maintaining the highest level of future proofing.

Looking over the actual VA law, the TP9 is compliant by itself due to only having a threaded barrel, correct? Regardless of the injunction at this current moment.

Guessing it’s still easiest to run a form 1 and form 4 for the SBR and suppressor as well once I’m ready and happy with the TP9 I receive? Doesn’t seem like it’s taking a long time, but I’m also OK with waiting until after December since I have other items I am messing with anyway.

Just wanted to run this through some TP9 owners for input, mostly to make me feel more informed with a constantly changing landscape lol. Thanks 👍

Sorry for having to ask, I went through some older threads looking for places to search for TP9 inventory but no joy.

Does anyone have any info on inventory coming in that’s available soon? I’d be interested in either an SBR or a pistol, pretty open to any route.

Didn’t see anyone discussing this with a quick search of this sub. Wanting to see if any lightning owners are debating the R2 and for what reasons. Not trying to compare directly since they are vehicles meeting different goals but it’d be interesting to hear some opinions 👍

Hey everyone, I did a demo drive today after putting in a reservation on the 25th. Background is, I had a model Y and currently own an Equinox EV 2LT FWD. Previously had an early R1T order in but never bought because of the cost and some other factors. I also just recently test drove a new model y and model 3. Also, there’s been a ton of real reviews on the R2 so I’m not here to go in depth. If anyone else is in my shoes, ask below and I’ll respond to help out.

My first impression of the R2 is, it felt nicer than a new model Y and my current car in terms of materials and ride quality. Obviously my equinox is dirt slow so performance isn’t even comparable. Most interesting is that my equinox is physically a larger car but nearly every space aspect of the R2 is better other than a little less rear seat legroom. Also, my golf clubs fit into the frunk so that saves me space since the equinox doesn’t have a frunk.

I liked how it retained physical stalks on the wheel, and how the door handles and drive position is the same as my equinox. I also liked the height of eye from the drivers position, it reminded me of my 2009 Xterra.

I also received an email from Rivian directly after with my timeline for delivery, which was Dec-Jan.

The final verdict is, I’m going with the R2. Please ask any questions you have and Ill help anyway I can.

Hey all, looking for anyone who went from the suv body style to a sedan. I don’t have a specific use case for an SUV and my spouse has a maverick so we have truck like space there. I know cargo is about half the size but I really want to get back into something more fun to drive vice just having storage on the ready. How bad will I be affected with a 3

Got a few things delivered the past few days. 22lr upper and a 32 auto threaded upper from CSA. I’m running these on a ST VZ61 using the Tortort receiver. Lots of options now! I don’t yet have a 22lr suppressor but I’ll run my 32 with the omega 9k.

Should be shipping this week according to their website. Going to be interesting to try out, not sure if I’ll use it 100 percent of the time or just on travel or whatever.

Anyone else order and waiting for it?

I currently have two V3s in a huh group working fine. I do have matter, zwave, and zigbee devices. Should I pickup a V4 for any specific reason? Thanks!
