I choke on all my food
I been mainly only having a liquid diet since my recent flare up. I would greatly appreciate any food recommendations that I won’t choke on or throw back up. Thank you.

So I want to my cardiologist today because I have leg and feet and ankle swelling and a history of hypertension and high blood pressure.
He barely said the swelling and pain are normal I can just have to “rest” more and wear more compression socks but I’m already wearing two or three different compression socks and it does nothing. He also told me I shouldn’t be on my medicine. It was so weird and awkward. I can barely walk and I even limped into his office.
He even said I shouldn’t be on my GERD medication and only wanted to talk about the people/ celebrities that live in our area and come in to my workplace.
He left me waiting in the room for like a good half an hour.
He was like you can get dehydrated from hydrochlorothiazide and was like you shouldn’t be on that and then told me it was a small dosage so then way would dehydrated matter if it’s a small dosage?
I been throwing up a lot recently for some reason. I been feeling ok the least couple of weeks and today it has been really bad.
I haven’t been eating more or nothing at all recently and I’m just upset because I want to eat something for energy but nothing has been working.
So I have been diagnosed with GERD from a GI doctor since I was in my last teens early 20s. I cut out a lot of trigging foods like dairy and greasy foods. I been living an active lifestyle.
Recently I’m in my mid thirties now and I been having a lot of upper stomach pain and upper back pain and my chest will look swollen/ itchy and sore around my esophagus/ chest I thought I was having heart problems. But with pantoprazole I have been feeling so much better. I even have my appetite back and I don’t feel like I’m going to collapsing at any moment.
It has been really helping me and I would greatly appreciate any advice on living with GERD because until a week ago I never know it was a chronic condition.
So I been having edema in my legs for around 6/9 months, estimated. I have a high BNP and high blood pressure. I’m waiting to go to see a cardiologist but I have an appointment soon. I work at a job that requires a lot of standing and movement, high energy. I’m so exhausted I don’t know what to do anymore. It takes all of me not to just lay down on the floor. My chest is sore all the time and my legs and arms are aching all the time. I also have these wild sweating fits that just randomly happen and I get really really sore and tired.
My main point is I would appreciate any advice to help me get through my work day without feeling like I’m going to end up on the floor and being very hard to walk at the end of the day. My work is not very supportive of me sitting down.
