Seeking a Quran Memorization & Tajweed Institute in the Netherlands

Salam aleikum ikhwan

Recently, I started memorizing the Quran. At the moment, I am in a phase where I mainly listen to my own recitation to improve it. I have noticed myself, and others have also mentioned, that my voice has a naturally nasal tone.

I try to imitate Sheikh Shuraim’s recitation style because I listen to him daily and feel that his style suits my voice and is one I can relate to.

My question is: Since I live in the Netherlands, I am looking for an institute or school that can help me improve my Quran recitation (tajweed) as well as my memorization (hifdh). This question is mainly directed to my brothers who live in the Netherlands. Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
Jazakum Allahu khayran.

Ik wil even polsen bij mijn mede it’ers wat ze van dit aanbod vinden wat ik heb gekregen:

Salaris: €3500 obv 40 uur

Context: Ik ben momenteel een skilled servicedesk medewerker en wil groeien richting Cloud Architect. Als “eind doel” wil ik werken voor een multi national geheel op afstand vanuit het buitenland.

Tired of cold out bound

Guys I need some motivation.

I am a stage where I did thousand of cold emails but haven landed a first deal. I understand there are people who have done thens of thousand and this is nothing, but still. I get demotivated.

How long did it take before you landed your first B2B client? I always hear, the first one’s are the hardest after that it’s getting way easier. I am curious

FYI: My emails are landing and I get replies!

ICT Support naar beheer

Hi guys

Hi Guys,

I wanted to know what your guys experience is with posting on LinkedIn Company Page. I am not a fan on showcasing myself so thought about posting on the company page instead of my personal page.

For a long time a did different types of cold outreach from linkedin to email. But I think its time for something I have never done, cold calling.

I ignored it always because I find it a bit gringe.

What is your experience with cold calling? And what is your advice to me as a noob in this space?

Hi Guys,

I would like you guys to think along with me. Currently I am figuring out my ICP for my IT support tooling. It only solves local issues and is not integrated with any domain!

I am targetting administrtion bureaus, accountantcy bureaus and schools.

Would you guys target above niches also or other niches?

Curious to see you guys perspective as an outsider

LinkedIn vs email

Hi guys,

Last couple days I have been testing different types of marketing styles. 2 of them are for now my favorite, cold email outreach and LinkedIn.

However, I had better conversations and feedback via LinkedIn. So my question is for you guys:

If you guys where in my shoes which would you choose:

  1. Sending 50 connections every day on LinkedIn and trying to have conversation when accepting.

  2. Sending 100 emails every day bij email excl followups

Context: I have an B2B SAAS tool

Looking for early feedback

Title: Does Chrome history actually work for anyone?

I've been experimenting with two browser ideas because I keep running into the same frustrations.

1. Website Memory

I often remember what I read, but not where I read it.

Examples:

  • "That Reddit thread about Docker networking"
  • "That article I found a few weeks ago about startup pricing"
  • "That government website I visited last month"

The idea is to make browser history searchable by meaning instead of URLs and page titles.

2. Why Is This Website Slow?

Many websites feel slow, but it's hard to understand why.

The idea is to show things like:

  • Trackers
  • Ad scripts
  • Analytics
  • Chat widgets
  • Heavy third-party resources

And explain their impact in plain language rather than developer terminology.

I'm curious:

  • Which problem sounds more annoying to you?
  • How do you currently deal with it?
  • Have you tried tools that solve either of these problems?
  • What would be a dealbreaker for you?

Just looking for honest feedback and whether these problems are worth solving.

B2B founders: How did you actually get your first 10 customers?

I'm currently building a B2B SaaS product and we're approaching the pilot stage.

I'm curious how other founders got their first 10 customers.

Did you focus on:

  • LinkedIn personal branding?
  • Cold emails?
  • Networking events?
  • Industry conferences?
  • Founder communities?
  • Referrals?
  • Partnerships?

Looking back, what generated the highest ROI for you?

If you were starting from zero again today, what would be your exact plan to land the first 10 B2B customers?

Would love to hear real experiences instead of generic marketing advice.

Would you use either of these platforms for the Ummah

Assalamu alaikum everyone,

I'm currently working on the early planning and validation phase of a platform focused on solving real-world problems within the Ummah.

Before I move further into development, I'd like honest feedback on two concepts I'm exploring.

Concept 1: Ummah Emergency Network

Imagine you're traveling, your flight gets cancelled, your car breaks down, you're stuck in a city where you know nobody, or you face an unexpected emergency.

The platform would connect verified Muslims with trusted members of the community nearby who are willing to help.

Examples:

  • Emergency accommodation
  • Local assistance
  • Translation help
  • Transportation support
  • Emergency contacts
  • Guidance in unfamiliar cities

Concept 2: Muslim Skill Exchange

A platform where Muslims exchange skills and knowledge with each other.

For example:

  • Learn Arabic and teach programming
  • Learn graphic design and teach marketing
  • Learn Quran/Tajweed and teach a language
  • Exchange expertise without necessarily paying money

The goal is to make knowledge and skills more accessible across the Ummah.

Questions

  1. Which concept solves a bigger problem in your opinion?
  2. Would you actually use either of these?
  3. What features would be essential?
  4. Have you seen anything similar that works well?
  5. Would you ever pay for premium features such as verification, trust scores, matching, or advanced networking?
  6. If an early beta version became available, would you sign up to test it?

I'm currently validating demand and gathering feedback before deciding which direction to build first.

JazakAllahu khairan for any feedback.

WhatsApp AI Assistant post

I’ve started building a lightweight AI assistant for WhatsApp Web.

Mainly because I’m tired of:

  • missing important messages in group chats
  • scrolling through hundreds of messages
  • forgetting tasks people sent me
  • opening WhatsApp and instantly feeling overwhelmed

The idea is NOT to replace WhatsApp.

Just add a clean AI layer on top:

  • “What did I miss?” summaries
  • extracting tasks from chats
  • highlighting important messages
  • quick AI-generated replies

I’m trying to keep it minimal and actually useful instead of stuffing AI everywhere.

Would you personally use something like this or does it sound unnecessary
