Looking for some book recommendations on physical somatic therapy exercises I can do at home to work on my stress which I think is a big contributor to my hypertonic pelvic floor.

I want to put a button on my site that when clicked goes over to ebay to a page that shows listings related to the page on my site. Where can i find such buttons? Do Ebay provide them?

Curious to hear what everyone's phone use is like. I have a smart phone and although I would like to switch to a dumb phone I would miss things like my podcasts and bible app. So I am in 2 minds what to do.

Hi, new here. I suffer from hypertonic pelvic floor and an extremely tight sphincter. I believe this is mostly bought on by stress. I am also seeing a pelvic floor physio.

It seems like my body is stuck in fight or flight.

So my questions are Would somatic therapy help? And if so what book or workbook would you recommend?
