Golf going In for surgery
My written of golf R-Line is finally going in for the repairs. Also added new led headlights, alloys to the work to give it a new lease of life. Luckily the damage was only cosmetic but I had seen it busted up.

Car confirmed total loss
I have a golf mk7 R-Line, got a smack on the front passenger quarter. Damage doesn't look too bad, copart wanted to take my car via AA I said no. So agreed desktop assessment which I have just had confirmed is a total loss. They wouldn't give me valuation until they have had confirmation from AA. I really don't want to be pissing about going and forwards but I have had a independent valuation with Percayso of £13,510
My plan was to buy the car back as I have been quoted £2800 for the repair.
What do you think I should be expecting and should I accept nothing. Less than the valuation?

Squeak under acceleration
I have been trying to find someone else that's had the same sound in their engine under acceleration, and i've come across this video, which is pretty much the identical sound that my golf mk7 1.4 tsi rline.So I has anyone know what this is or has had it before?

Bad day for me
Its been a bad day. My splitter came off and I ran over it. And my spoiler fell off luckily undamaged.
I used screws for the splitter but must have worked loose. As for the spoiler what do people use to stick it solidly to the car. I have used car silicone and 3m tape but it keeps coming loose.
Anyone got any suggestions or tricks?

Vibration after spacers fitted.
Hi guys.
I got a full set of Killer Spaces (the brand) for my golf mk7 Rline. They are hub centric.
However I have noticed a slight hum at normal 30-40mph and a much more noticeable hum at 70mph.
Before I go through the ball ache of taking them off to try and diagnose does any one have some suggestions as to what this is likely to be?
