It's done!

Team Worldwide secures 5th-6th place in PKs to win the streamer games as a whole. Deserved and proud of my team as an Australian! Huge up to Celbit, Rynenzo, Ray, and of course my homegirls T10Nat and Develique!

Post event edit: Congrats to Team All Stars for 2nd and Team Mexico for 3rd. Most of all, huge props to Lidwig for yet another banger event. I fear that my streamer is making a comeback and none of us can stop it

M/24/186cm [94kg > 82kg = 12kg lost] (7 Months) Weightlifting for the first time during cut Tripled almost all lifts. How did I do?

3 months of full body 3x week into 4 months PPLPP split 5x a week (would also appreciate if anyone could help me estimate BF%, its not a very important number to me but I'm curious. Me estimate is 16-17%).

Calorie deficit of 600 for first 3 months to lose more fat, 300-400 calorie deficit past 4 months for energy for heavier lifting.

What is a quote you think about all the time?

When I was in 5th grade the Vice-Principle once came into my classroom for a talk and, for some reason probably related to the discussion at hand, repeated the famous quote about self-awareness by Charles Horton Cooley:

" I am not who you think I am; I am not who I think I am; I am who I think you think I am"

He added that we would likely not understand the proper meaning of this quote until many years later and he was right. I still think about this quote often over 10 years later.
