WTS: 2015 Lexus RC 350 F Sport — AED 26,000

Relisted at a reduced and more reasonable price.

Make: Lexus Model: RC 350 F Sport
Year: 2015
Regional Spec: US Spec
Odometer: 229,000 km
VIN: JTHHE5BC5F5007593
Price: AED 35,000 26,000 (negotiable depending on seriousness of buyer)

Features:
- 3.5L V6, 311 hp — engine performance, noise, seals, leaks, and gear shifting all passed independent inspection

- Dark teal exterior, red leather interior with heated and ventilated seats

- Mark Levinson 17-speaker premium sound system

- Adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, keyless entry, parking sensors, moonroof

- Hankook Ventus Prime 4S tyres (2023)

- All filters recently replaced with genuine OEM parts; engine flush completed

- Interior rated 8.3/10 on independent inspection

Known issues (inspection report shared with serious buyers):

- Front-end accident repaired by previous owner (not by a car dealer) hence the custom color. Owner before me imported from Car Fax and fixed properly not cheaply.

- Front airbags functional as per RTA regulation. Side curtain airbags non-functional. This car passed 4 years of RTA inspection

- Suspension due for overhaul: rear shocks leaking, bushes and mounts worn. Drives normally day to day and is actually a very comfortable cruiser on the highway.

- AC servo motor takes 10–15 seconds to engage on startup, then works normally

- Cosmetic scratches inside and out

The car is OLD, HIGH MILEAGE, and American spec — PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH before considering it.

It is priced accordingly benchmarking Dubizzle market price and an inspection report. The complete inspection report is available to serious buyers before viewing.

It remains a RELIABLE, comfortable Lexus V6 — well suited for a Petrol Head as a cool daily or a project car.

Carfax images at the end.

Viewing in Barsha Heights.

Please, I would genuinely appreciate no negative or toxic comments. If you have nothing beneficial to say. Kindly save it for yourself. I’m just a car guy trying to sell my car in the best and most ethical way possible.

Calling Dubai-based artists/illustrators — looking for volunteers to draw the city's icons (full credit, passion project)

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a small passion project celebrating iconic places of Dubai, and I'm looking for a few artists or illustrators who'd enjoy drawing small digital artworks of the city's iconic places - think Burj Khalifa, the Creek, Ain Dubai, Al Qudra Love lake.

Being upfront: this trial round is volunteer-based — I'm not a company, there's no budget yet - I'm working on a small passion project that celebrates art, What I can promise:

  • Full credit, permanently attached to your piece — your name + '@' tag displayed every single time anyone views your artwork
  • You keep your original and full portfolio rights
  • The ask is small: pick one icon from a list of 12 and illustrate it (1024×1024, your style)

Style-wise, think bold, warm, collectible-sticker energy — enamel-pin / vinyl-toy art of real Dubai places. Your own style is the point; I'm not looking for one uniform look.

If you're interested (or know someone who would be), drop a comment or DM me and I'll send the brief with the list and exact requirements.

Thank you!

Is $800/month for a 2BR in Hamra/Mar Elias/Zarif/Karakol Druze realistic?

Hey all, trying to get a reality check before I start apartment hunting seriously.

Looking for a 2 bedroom in Hamra, Mar Elias, Zarif, or Karakol Druze (or nearby areas) — decent building, parking included, budget around $800/month.

Is that a reasonable ask in this market right now, or am I delusional and should expect to pay more?

If anyone has leads, knows a broker, or has a place coming up, please DM me. Appreciate any input 🙏

Thoughts on Infiniti QX70 Excellence?

An absolute classic. It’s definitely out dated but i believe it has all the necessary tech features. Is it reliable though?
Would love to know your thoughts on it.

Help me pick a used car — 40K AED, owning for ~1 year. Coolray vs Kicks vs EXEED LX vs Changan CS35 Plus?

Salam everyone 👋

I’m in the market for a used car with a budget of 40,000 AED, and here’s the key detail: I’m only planning to own it for around 1 year, then resell. So resale value and easy ownership matter a lot to me.

I’ve narrowed it down to four:

Nissan Kicks — easy to insure, cheap to fix, parts everywhere. The “safe” choice.
Geely Coolray — more power and features for the money, and it’s under AGMC here which is reassuring.
EXEED LX - premium look, under Al Ghurair which is nice but i don’t know… i like it
Changan CS35 Plus - noo idea

Since it’s a short hold, I’d love honest feedback from owners on:

1. Insurance — what are you realistically paying per year?
2. Fixing / parts — easy to source? Agency vs garage costs?
3. Repairability & reliability — anything that breaks often or is annoying to maintain?
**4.**Comfort — daily driving, AC in summer, ride quality.

5. Resale — how well does it hold value over a year? Easy to sell on?

Appreciate any real-world input 🙏

EXEED LX or Geely Coolray

Hi everyone, I’m planning to buy a used car that I’ll use for around a year and then sell. I’m caught between the Geely Coolray and the EXEED LX.

I’ll make sure to get one with a warranty/service contract even if it’s used.

Geely is under AGMC, and I’ve heard the service is good. It looks cool, has nice features, and seems fine overall. The EXEED, on the other hand, looks really premium. I like it more, but I don’t know much about it. All I know is that it’s under Al Ghurair, which is also trusted.

I believe both have good tech features. Neither is very powerful, which is fine since I don’t want to drive fast, but I’m not sure about the reliability, maintenance, and driving experience. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thank you.
