I’m looking to add some lights around my pool, I have an inground gunnite pool wth a small patio around it and fence.

Does anyone have any typical lighting options or recommend any software that allows me to see what a few would look like.

I’m looking for low voltage lights, I don’t want solar lights. The solar ones I’ve used to this point have been junk. Thanks

I recently had an Intelliflow 3pump installed, I was able to connect with Bluetooth and then connected the pump to wifi easy.

I first setup the min/max flow and speed settings, then I deleted the generic scheduling and created my own using the app.

About 30 minutes later, I went to the pump and looked at the settings on the display and noticed the settings were still at the defaults. I opened the app and it showed the changes I made.

About an hour later, the app updated and all of the changes I made were back to the defaults (same as whats on the pump).

Then I made all of the changes at the pump and the app reflected the changes almost instantly. Has anyone else had any issues using the Pentair app to change settings on the pump?

Starting and stopping the pump work fine from the app but changing settings is not reliable.

Looking at the specs of the SE it looks like its a good fit for me, but its seems to be a bit old. Do you think they are coming out with a new one or bite the bullet?

Also, maybe its worth waiting to Black Friday to see if there is a deal.

My hard drive was on the way out so I swapped it out. It’s working fine now but I forgot to backup my music.

I still have the old hard drive so I figured I like plug it in usb to get the music.

I have it connected but I only see the system folder, there’s nothing else there.

Does anyone know how to find my music on the drive? I tried showing hidden folders but I don’t see the users folder to find music. Thanks!

I recently bought a betta bot SE, it’s been working great but it keeps getting stuck in the deep end skimmer.

Once the front end was stuck in the skimmer, the other few times it looks like it was driving by the skimmer and it was caught by the suction of the skimmer. It’s just sitting horizontal not moving and I have to give it a push.

Anyone else have these issues and how did you fix it?

I want to keep the robot but not if it can’t make it by the skimmers. Thanks

Can anyone tell me why its still watering when its raining out?

I have adjusted the weather station to one closer months back, today it shows 100% chance of rain today with .75" expected.

I have the weather skip threshold set to 1/4"

But its still watering while its pouring out.

I just bought a rain sensor but what good is the weather part if it does not take it into account.

Also, i cant find the rain skip button anymore, I'm assuming it was removed? I have to log in and stop the watering manually.

Any suggestion on settings to prevent it from watering while its raining out? Thanks!

I had some broken sprinklers that I just replaced with the Hunter PGP from home depot. They work well but throw the water too far so I had to tighten the screw to decrease the throw.

Now the throw is perfect but I noticed that where the water hits the screw, it sprays down into the ground creating a pool of water. Is there a different nozzle that could decrease the throw and prevent the pooling of water or am I doing it wrong? Thanks

I have an aquacomfort heat pump heater, I'm thinking of getting a new pentair intellipro3 pump. The heater has dry contacts that can tell it to turn on/off with the pump.

I dont see any dry contacts on the pentair intelliflow 3 pump, but i did see they sell one with an I/O board. I called a few stores and no one was familiar with how it can be used. Worst case I can try to I use a shelly device or something similar to turn on the heater when the pump is on but I was hoping new pumps would have some of that functionality.

Right now, when the pump turns off, the heater goes into flow mode (no flow), the issue is that when the pump kicks back on, i need to reset the alert on the heater so its a big pain.

Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks

I take my robot out of the pool and put it in the shed to charge, its usually soaked with water and drips all over the wood until its dry and its ruining the floor.

Is anyone using a mat or plastic tub to catch the water until it dries?

If not, what are you doing? Thanks
