a week or two ago i was at work and hit my nail back very hard, part of it separated from the nail bed and now theres a gap. it was very painful at first but now theres no pain. i would really appreciate advice on how to heal this!!!

Peeling hands
18M, 6ft 200 lbs, levothyroxine, dexmethylphenidate, atomoxetine, non smoker, Hashimotos. My boyfriends hands have been peeling like this for probably a month now. The tips of his fingers are also pruney without being soaked in water (probably not dehydration he drinks a lot of water) any thoughts would be appreciated!
