EDIT: after a google search by episode name (YouTube search sucks) it looks like most episodes I care about were added to YouTube in 2024. I have ad free youtube so it seems we have a winner :)

Both in the TV app and on web, there is no option to view 4:3 content in its original aspect ratio. It zooms/stretches to force it to 16:9 and makes original MST3K options totally unwatchable.

I was always streaming original episodes on the gizmoplex app. Now I have no way to choose an episode to stream unless I wanna see them all barfed up :(

The YouTube channel shows the 4:3 versions without stretching them, but it's a literal ocean of 9 hour streams rather than individual episodes to watch.

I’m not that old physically, but my personality is ancient. I wanna go home around 10 pm, even on the weekend.

Vegas seems to be a really late town, and some bars where people go to meet new people seem to not even get active until like 9:30 pm.

Are there any places that people go to pregame and hang out before late night? I’d love to be able to mingle and make friends and still respect my geriatric sleep schedule.

I’d make physical prototypes way more if I didn’t have to hand cut everything.

Do any of you have cutting machines? I’ve seen criKut, but they seem mostly for stickers and vinyl. And have a spotty reputation.

I’ve seen lots of brands I’m not familiar with on Amazon and Michael’s, that claim to cut card stock, but I’m nervous to buy one without talking to someone first.

I’ve also seen electronic scissors, but their capabilities are even harder to understand from their listings.

It’s a puzzle strategy roguelike.

It’s very early and rough, but fully playable! Is anyone else local to Vegas in game design? I’d love tips and feedback, or info about the local game design scene.

I’ve attended the board game designer meetups at Meepleville. Curious if there’s something like that for digital games.

PSO is an amazing Dreamcast game that holds up for of farts like me. But I’ve played it too many times. Are there other Dreamcast action games I should be looking at?

UPDATE: I fixed the Issues flagged by feedback. Game should be easier to learn and play now! Would still love honest opinions about the game. It runs quickly in your browser and is totally free :)

This is a board game that testers and publishers said would be a better video game. I made a bunch of art and coded a sloppy web app with Claude.

The main thrust of the game is battles vs. enemies. You get 1 energy token a turn to activate abilities, then have to deal with an enemy's action. You can swap your energy tokens around to get better ones faster, and can swap enemy actions around so they benefit you more.

Is this system just not good for n64 games? I’ve had zero issues with Dreamcast games. But n64 games alway have massive graphical errors, sometimes making the games unplayable.

Is this a rom quality issue or just expected behavior?

Often on the same street corner, there’s a competing gas station 30-50 cents cheaper per gallon. But I see people there!!

Hey everyone! The first edition of Synthicide had an NPC builder web tool, which was the only official way to design your own NPCs.

The 2E preview includes a method to make your own NPCs, but I still wanted to offer an automated web tool. I threw one together real quick. Let me know what you think:

my current web hosting doesn't include free SSH, so if your browser rejects the http://, just know that there's no data input or anything to snoop on.

I'm gonna move web hosting to cloudflare which offers free SSH, so this won't be a problem in the future 😄

I’m fulfilling my kickstarter and have extra inventory to sell to retailers.

I got a few orders and decided to use bill.com to invoice retailers and let them pay electronically.

Long story short, they took the money from my retailers, then banned/locked my account and didn’t deposit their money in my bank.

I spent two days with chat agents trying to figure out why my account was banned. Supposedly I fixed their concerns and got my account unbanned.

Except I still can’t log in to review invoices. And the money they took from the retailers still hasn’t been deposited in my bank.

I’ve been continuing with customer support so I can at least login and issue refunds, but they’re useless and can’t figure out why my account is still locked down.

This is a nightmare.

UPDATE

48 hours after locking my account and freezing the funds, 10 hours after they said my account was reinstated and should be working, they got my log in functioning. I'm gonna see if I can get the funds transferred so I can stop using this company.
