Just wanted to give a thanks to everyone in this sub. I wasn’t utilizing my library at all (shameful, I know) but you guys have inspired me to get my books there :) I now go all the time and I’ve been reading even more benefit of how accessible it is! Love this community and love WGL till I die 😭😻

Had my annual review today and it went super well. My raise request was accepted and they didn’t try to talk me down from my asking. So relieved and happy! Just some positive vibes :)

what’s everyone’s go to when it comes to the movies? i love movie theater snacks but, im scared that they’re all so calorie dense. im a big fan of popcorn the most!

Won big and lost bigger this week. I feel so guilty and stupid for not quitting “while I was ahead”. I know it’s a losing game there is not ahead…I’m happy to report that tonight I self excluded from all PA casinos! In my opinion, all of the losing this week was a genuine win because it made it clear that I have a problem and I need to take whatever measures I can to stop this. I hate this feeling of guilt and shame. I just kept going…so deeply embarrassed. I’m proud of myself for taking the first steps to control my addiction. Any kind/supportive words are appreciated!
