I'm always weak for this type of art. I wish you all exactly this in the near future if you haven't got it already

No knead bread no.2

Still practising. I find this to be a simple method when needing a quick bread.

Fridays are for fish

I couldn't wait to be done with work this week and wanted to treat myself with a nice homemade meal with fish.

Tuna steak, shrip, rosemary potatoes and blanched spinach

Bulgur chicken salad bowl

Bell pepper is finally in season, so I can afford it regulary haha. This is a bowl I like to make when summer's on the way. Usually without meat, but I needed extra protein.

All of this is on a big bed of butter salad (so soft!)

Roasted bell pepper

Whole bulgur

Chicken in paprika seasoning

The sauce is greek yogurt mixed with spices

And lastly an egg with a runny eggyolk that fits perfectly

And in the background baby corn as a side dish.

(Yes. I really missed this meal.)

Someone throwing a cellphone at frontman of a band, injuring his head near the eye

Bring Me The Horizon in St.Louis last night. He continued the show, but kept hoding his head and seemed dizzy. The videos are not mine.

Cozy and simple oatmeal

I've eaten too much processed food lately and got back to making oatmeal in the morning. Oats, oatmilk, chia seeds, dark chock drops and nuts

Journaling is a offline therapy

I quit most of social media more than a year ago and have been journaling since October. Good and the bad things. This is a happy time for me, printing favorite pictures and adding them to the events that happened. (The text is blurred on purpose due to privacy matters).

Edit (typo): *an offline therapy
