So my FYPs are usually just brainrot but every now and then they get filled with the usual AI, politics and world-ending doom and gloom and its always some random person that is talking about something and 7/10 times its factual but I would still like to know where all these people inform themselves and where they research all of this so I can stay informed and up to date

so im an inbound freshman (whopeeeee!!) and all my school life I’ve always gone the traditional books and occasional google search route for studying and notes, with AI only to make practice tests for more theoretical subjects like history (I unironically learned history better doing this method). But now as I traverse to college, engineering to be exact, I’ve have multiple testimonials of how it’s going to be very difficult, (no lies said I’ve seen it through my eyes with family), and that I should do transcripts of the lectures to notes with AI or take digital notes etc. But is this right? I don’t want to get stuck behind because of my slow note taking or fail because I didn’t have the proper information but I also don’t want to become the type of person who relies on this only and doesn’t use traditional notebooks. What should I do here? Another thing that comes to mind is a software that allows you to turn presentations and what not into study material with AI, which even the people orientating have said to use but again this feels weird to me, like I won’t be able to truly learn this way.

So I took a major hiatus from skyblock like right before if not the day when the rift was added and have played on and off every couple of months since then and I want to get back into it but I have no clue what’s new or where to start. I know they added a new forest map and have made the game mode exclusive for the lastest mc versions but besides that is there anything else?

now right off the bat im gonna assume the answer is no because its common sense but theres more to it. the mod is the contact mod for fabric but im using neoforge and found a mod that allows fabric to neoforge connectivity (haven’t tried it yet though). So I was wondering if it’s possible to use the current version of contact which is 1.20.1 while having it connected with that fabric-neoforge mod?

(again, I assume it’s a big fat no that it can’t work but I ask just to be informed)

graphic changes aside does it contain the same content as the 2010 game?

So with the current discourse on the whole “you’ll own nothing and be happy” thing with physical media now and the GTAVI physical copy being a code, I thought to myself, couldn’t one just burn the game onto a cd to have it physical? While it would most likely be extremely difficult to do so, would it be possible? And if it is, how would one also bypass the server thing? Because I assume even if you succeed, once the game is killed I doubt popping the disc in would let you play it (in the case of online games).

(Also the discs would be for PC obviously, as you can’t make a custom XBOX and PS game disc, atleast to my knowledge)

So just got Beatclone (finally) and I was playing it for a while and songs that I had on the OG game ,that I know I got high scores on, are only going up to like 20k something score when I have a lot of perfect+ and little to no perfects, is this normal?

Also a bit of a two in one, is there a video on how to chart songs? I saw the instructions in the server but they look so complicated

So im getting back into the dieting game and the last I was on one my dietician really made me emphasize fiber intake and I plan on doing that but the last time I did it I had someone helping me and now im riding solo on this one. So me and three other friends are on the seashore for the week and I’m more or less handling expenses. I saw on the app in billings a $64 charge and was dumbfounded because all of us got charged. I then did some more research and found out it’s for the cleaning and dining fees which is supposed to be 16 per day. And we’re here for 4 so it should’ve 64 total but we’re being charged 64 per day.
