One thing i learned today is. Some ppl in the trades will use you being a young LADY as a way to boost their ego and confidence and boss you around, when they are on the same level as you!

I know how to bend i just do not know where to measure and then translate the measurements i took onto the pipe and that’s something i really want to learn

I dont want to go over board i just simply want to switch out the factory speakers to something with better sound quality and bass and i do not want to change the radio too

It seems to be one of my biggest weaknesses and it is pissing my journeyman off🥲

I got hired onto this company in February of this year. They put me on this project close to home which is great i greatly appreciate that but the problem is i am not learning anything here and i feel nobody is wanting to pour into me. They just push me to the side and have me take out the trash or clean up and just stand around and be out of site out of mind(my foreman told me that) while this new green apprentice that just got hired on who doesn’t know anything is given Meaningful tasks and he only been here for 2 days and i been here for 3 months and they never once given me the chance to do any tasks that this new apprentice is doing and he’s greener than ever
