Learn new up on chassis my fellow bullpupers.

I think I'm ready to dip my toe into this space.

My goals:

5.56mm.

I want to be able to slap on multiple AR uppers.

Keeping ergos close to standard is a plus

My worries:

I don't want to have to piece this shit together. I want ease of, "This chassis takes <insert style of upper>. And it runs.

So lets go. Impress myself and everyone else with your experiences, woes, and knowledge 😁🤙

MBAR will be going into production

Post on X went viral over 4th of July. Many manufacturers reached out, more than one already said yes. Got European distributors. Garand Thumb reached out and I'll be going up to Idaho after GOA to film with him. Don't have concrete timelines yet just thought ya'll would like to hear the good news.

Any legitimate reason anyone would choose the Kel-Tec RFB over a IWI Tavor 7?

I’m not sure if I’m missing anything when comparing the two but the Kel-Tec seems to be slightly more expensive than the IWI. Given Kel-Tec is typically a budget option and IWI has a fantastic proven track record, I’m confused why anyone would get the RFB instead of the Tavor 7 unless I’m missing something

Correction: looks like there are some options for the Kel Tec that are marginally cheaper, but generally the same price between the two as of now

AUG vs WLVRN

I found a fully upgraded AUG (Nato w/bolt release) and am heavily considering purchasing. It has an ARID trigger pack, handguard, kns gas plug, brass deflector, etc. Almost perfect.

I also found a brand new WLVRN for basically the same price. And a slightly used one with a JARD trigger pack, also same price. All 3 are exactly in my budget.

I'm legitimately torn. The AUG has legendary history, although some reported issues with QC on the new A3M2. WLVRN seems solid in 5.56 and DT is reportedly on top of customer service these days (to help repair their image from the MDR probably.)

Anyone here been able to shoot both? How do they feel?

I'm guessing the heavily upgraded AUG will be heavier than a stock WLVRN. AUG seems to shoot quite smooth with adjustable gas, though WLVRN tends to be enjoyable for most who review it.

Either would primarily be 5.56 and probably stay that way, so I'm not too concerned about larger calibers at this point.

I wish I could try them out but I don't know of anyone who owns them! Tragic. Curious about your thoughts.

Went G19 Gen 6 for my second one

My second Glock, 5th overall handgun.

Threw the Zulisy on it, hit the range and was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy over my G47 Gen 5.

16.5 Suppressed vs 11.5

My 11.5” BCM raider is as long as my 16.5” X95 suppressed. The BCM is at my preferred length of pull.

X95 is much heavier though.

SRS first Shots

I took out my new SRS for the first time

Pros:

Accurate

Smooth trigger really like it

Soft shooting

Cons:

Mag is sticky and doesn't feel super great at least not yet

Taking the plastic spacers off the back is a pain

Overall I really like it and hoping after a few more trips out it will smoothen out.

Lame Rules Post

Howdy all.

I reviewed the EB rules and found it's not specified about not selling, so I've updated.

Please know that from what I can find, as long we adhere to state and federal laws, we're good.

Also, sharing links to sites should be good as well, as long as they're in compliance as well.

That's it, preciate it.
