I have intrusive thoughts of a few different kinds.

Definitely terrible. I just cried a bit and nearly threw up.

how do you guys stop these thoughts? Is there anything I can do besides quickly jumping up n down or patting my chest to snap myself out of the head space?

I’m not diagnosed with OCD btw. But day in and day out I have intrusive thoughts. It’s 4am once again and ofc I can’t sleep cuz of it.

It’s been forever. FOREVER. There has GOT to be a help out there, seriously I don’t know much about this topic except I suffer from it.

Is there a medical pill or anything I can take or do to make it stop? besides alcohol 😅

Maybe therapy but I wouldn’t sleep at night knowing someone knew my intrusive thoughts. It would give me new reason to worry every night.

Sorry if my tone seems rude in this post. I’m frustrated, so fucking fed up with these thoughts.

I have the anatomy for one and my piercer said he can even pierce it farther back so it won’t look like it’s half way over my teeth so only the titanium ball part will show.

but I’ve heard horror stories of mega gum recession or tooth loss. Did this happen to you?

I don’t really want a smiley forever. I’m sure it’ll look beautiful but I heard they don’t last forever. Like dermals. and yes I’m very okay with that.

When I was a kid I had a LaLaLoopsy of Crumbs Sugar Cookie. She was totally like.. silk. Like a plush doll and not plastic.

I had NO idea that was her name until I saw a TikTok about her recently. As a child I named her Lucy.

Are those still around? I can’t find any pictures of the plush I’m talking about but she was plush besides maybe her button eyes. I feel like a crazy person 🤣

I also remember having Peanut Big Top, but she wasn’t a plush. She was definitely one of my favorites. just wanted to shout her out.

Today I did makeup on a woman I’m seeing, she’s an INFP. It was for my final makeup class!

I kept saying she’s beautiful or that I love her bangs, yada yada. She said thank you but

Aaaaaghhh she’s so beautiful I don’t know how to show how I feel other than compliments.

I’m worried it’ll get too much over time?

So what are some ways I can express my feelings in a less “omg ur so beautiful GORGEOUS I LOVE UR FACE” kinda way.

I’m the one who made the beach date post. It went very well!

I feel like I’m not sure what to talk about with my INFP lady that I’m seeing.

I always feel like it’s going “boring”. Not that she’s boring. I just feel like I don’t know what to say to her.

You’re INFPs so I assume maybe u can help me? She did say she likes to listen more than talk. but I feel like I don’t know what she’s like yet. I don’t wanna freak her out by saying something weird or dorky.

What I want to someone to show up for, someone who will show up for me in life. I mean it’s only been about a month of knowing her anyway, we only went out 2 times soon to be 3 (she’s coming to my class to help me out with my final thing). Very great of her!

I feel like it’s going slow. Which is technically a good thing these days. Especially since I’ve dealt with ENFPs who love bomb and then vanish after 10 days.

Can you guys help me figure out how to get to know her better? I feel like we just talk about our days and such and I feel lowkey socially awkward asking things or doing things. Like what if I randomly hug her and she hates it and I accidentally make her uncomfortable 😭😭 what do I talk to her abouuuuut?

Things like that. They’re really in my head. I know knowing things comes with time but it’s hard to know where to go or how to ask her stuff like what are her hobbies, it feels socially awkward to just suddenly ask, “so what’s your favorite drink?” I feel like a survey more than a person 😅

Lately I’ve struggled with feeling a bit of guilt for selling a store brand name shirt with tags still in it unworn. I was selling it for 25 then 20 then 17 then 15 then 13 then 11.

Someone bought it for $8 when I originally bought the shirt for $49 at a store in a mall. I didn’t know the og price when I put it up so I figured around 25 would be fine.

Do you ever feel bad about selling something for so cheap? Guilty and a bit like you’re losing money?

I would say you shouldn’t feel guilty. I know it stinks to FEEL like you lost money but are you really? You’re still making money by selling things you DO NOT WEAR OR USE

what got me through that stupid guilt thing was the fact the I’m never gonna wear that shirt and have never worn it.

Sure you can sell your own handmade stuff on Depop but at the end of the day it’s about selling stuff you don’t want, need, use, or have space for.

No, you shouldn’t feel too guilty or like you’re losing money entirely. Little by little you’re making money off of stuff you have no use for.

That is a beautiful thing.

Maybe it’s just me that had felt this way this way when I accidentally sold a hundred dollar shawl for 11 dollars when I first started, maybe someone else feels this way now. I really hoped I could help someone. Or at least reassure myself 😊
