Karma is not moving for 3 days even after getting upvotes. Not spamming, 1-month-old account. Why?

I have been active on Reddit for over a month now. I comment on different subreddits, not repeating the same sub. I can clearly see upvotes on my comments or posts, but my karma has still been stuck for the last 3 days. I am not spamming, and my account is not new. Is this a bug or does Reddit cap karma for some accounts? Any help would be appreciated

If AI becomes smarter than humans, should it have rights?

We always assumed humans would be the smartest things on Earth. What if AI will eventually overtake us?

Would we treat it as a tool forever… or something more?

Curious about how others see this.

Why do publications decline articles without giving a reason?

Hours writing, editing, formatting, and picture adding...hit submit...and was met with a basic "Declined."

No answer.

No reason given.

Nothing at all.

Editors are busy and get hundreds of submissions. I know. But even a short line like

  • “Too much commercial”
  • “Lacks more technical depth”
  • “Not a fit for our audience”

It would help writers improve more than guess what went wrong.

Rejections are ok. What is frustrating is the silence.

Has anyone else had this with Medium publications?

Have chatbots really improved your customer experience?

I feel like people either love chatbots or absolutely hate them. 😅

In my own opinion, they help a lot. When they’re used for the right things: Quick replies, FAQs, order status, lead filtering, booking confirmations etc.

I think hybrid support works best, honestly. The bad experiences usually happen when businesses try to automate everything and make it impossible to reach a real human.

Wondering about everyone else here, have chatbots really improved your customer experience or made support even more frustrating?

Replying to comments took me out. This is my ghost post.

8am - fresh, motivated, typing heartfelt replies
12pm - copy pasting but adding emojis to feel human 4pm - my responses are now written by autocomplete 9pm — I AM the comment section now. I’ve got no body. Only responses. How do normal people survive engagement without losing their souls?

What’s the coolest AI automation you’ve seen lately?

People keep saying crazy AI agents will take over entire teams. 😅

But honestly the smartest automation I have seen recently was just a business responding to Instagram DMs instantly instead of making people wait hours.

Simple idea, huge difference. Most customers don’t expect perfection more than that, they just hate being ignored.

What are the most useful AI automations you’ve seen recently? Not the flashy demo stuff… real-world useful

The Instagram reel hit 80k views. We captured maybe 20+ leads from it.

400+ comments. People asking, "how do I get this?" "where can I buy?" "link?"

We replied manually. Slowly. Inconsistently. Most of them never heard back. Viral attention is worthless if your follow-up is human-speed.

That's exactly when we needed something that replies on our behalf the moment someone comments. No delay. No missed leads.

Comments are intent signals. Treating them like notifications was the mistake.

Missed Instagram DMs Are Probably Costing You More Sales Than Ads

More traffic, everyone talking about it.

No one talks about missed conversations hardly at all.

When someone messages with buying intent and gets no reply for hours, they usually move on.

Anyone else seeing this?

Most businesses don't run on great ideas. They run on great systems.

A few years ago, running an online business meant you needed a team behind every operation. Someone to handle client messages. Someone to track leads. Someone to follow up. Someone to pull reports.

And the best part in the latest world? You don't need a team anymore, just the right saas.

Analytics tells you what's working. Management systems keep things organized. Automation handles the follow-ups. The right system catches the lead before it goes cold.

It became the backbone of the whole business.

I Found a Small Follower Growth Trick… And it surprisingly works, maybe for you

I think I unlocked a tiny Instagram cheat code by accident. I didn’t post anything or plan content; I just dropped a random comment on a friend's small business reel for fun.

Somehow, that comment started getting likes from strangers. The next thing I know, I’m getting follow requests. So basically… my comment worked harder than my actual posts. I think when people see an interesting/funny comment, they get curious and visit the profile. And who knows, maybe they like your content and follow you.

I will remove it later since it’s my personal account, so it’s safe. It’s not some massive growth hack, but being active in comments can actually help a little. Honestly, I feel this can work on almost any social media platform.

Create a subreddit. Now how to get traffic? Any tips, please?

After creating my subreddit, I learned about crossposting.
So I started trying it, but only a few subreddits allow it.

And even in the ones that do allow it, my posts still get removed. That's why I really want some karma and tips also...

Literally, I can't lie.

It’s not just posts…

Even when I comment somewhere, I check back after a few minutes to see if anything happened.

Did someone reply?
Did anyone upvote?
Did it even get seen?

Sometimes even +1 feels like… okay, at least I’m not invisible, and when there’s nothing, it’s not even “ignored”... it just feels like I was never there.

I’m starting to realize this isn’t just about content.

It’s about attention, timing, and how fast interactions happen.

If you’ve been through this phase, what actually helped you get out of it?

Is it just me, or do medium publications expect free content while locking guidelines behind a paywall?

It's necessary to pay to read the rules or submit to a publication if I want to write for it.
