I am not officially diagnosed but i show almost all symptoms and a child therapist(?) had mentioned it. i have talked to my mom to get it tested but she thinks its just smn i saw on internet so imma wait till i get a job to do that

For context there is a girl in my class and im very interested in her. the thing is im not sure if this is a genuine crush or limerence, as google say which is something adhd people are prone to do.

more context i had a crush on another girl which lasted abt 4 years which im like 50% positive that its limerence. to move on from these type of crushes my go to method has been avoid avoid avoid and i dont even look up any anyone when im walking somewhere cus i think my dumbass brain would fall in love.

so basically this current girl is in my class so i cant avoid her and it makes it worse that i too am a girl and im not sure if she too is so im afraid of making her comfortable.

i have had a lot of encounters w limerence which all has ended with the other person being uncomfortable (which is NOT their fault).

i need to know how to get rid of this. smth that def works is waiting it out cus i dont miss ppl cus of out of sight out of mind but school finishes next year and theres a lot of time till that. If any one has any advice to move on with this it would be greatly appreciated!

She's like so pretty and smart bro. she's on top of the class and she has the fluffiest short hair (lwk looks like dekus from MHA). She has rlly good music taste and her smile is so GORGEOUS. bro I saw her in casual clothes once and the style is just so chefs kiss. She's very reserved and very ambitious for exams. Once she taught me a chem topic and I still remember how to do it and it's been like 8 months lmao. She sound so intelligent when she speaks and she's so classy. She's some times a bit bossy but like it adds to her charm. She's (I think) is v religious so I don't think she'll like me but I'm just lucky to be in her vicinity. She also has the prettiest mole next to her lips which is like so cool and apparently means that she's straightforward WHICH SHE IS. Bro I love how she acts.
