Best deal was the turkey deli meat marked down at 9.4 cents per hundred grams. Must have been an error but I'll take it. Scored $40-50 worth of premium deli turkey (I would never pay that) for about a buck thirty. Feel like a real champion right now. REALLY PLEASED WITH MYSELF!!!

Picked up some ham steaks on super clearance. I've never had a ham steak in my life! It was a delicious dinner 😋.

Beautiful day for a rooftop Father's Day BBQ.

Had a little for lunch but made it for Father's Day. How I do love macaroni salad. Going to make up a classic three bean salad and some coleslaw also. A trifecta of handcrafted summertime sides for the Father's Day BBQ.

Not all onions but thought I would share this with my fellow onion lovers anyway. I thought the striata of purple, yellow, and purple onions looked nice. That's onions three different ways right there! Does green onion count as an onion? 🧅 🤣

Turned out pretty good. Did cabbage the other day and the cabbage was better

Got a huge score on a $5 veggie bag and pennies on the dollar deli meat through Flashfood app. Bread was $1. Tuna on special for $1 a can. Will feed the tuna to my cats. Cauliflower is a little rough. Will have to trim it and grill it tonight.

Never even thought of doing cabbage over charcoal but I had a bunch to eat up so gave it a try. Turned out delicious. Will do it again. I think anything cooked over charcoal turns out great.

I love onions grilled over charcoal. Had them with pork tenderloin, fried potatoes and coleslaw as sides.
