Michter’s 10 Year Rye: My, oh my.
This is one of my favorite ryes I have had to date. Notes of honey baked tropical fruits on the front. Peppery milk chocolate stands out the most in the palate. Finish is dominated by baking spice. I love this rye.

I was starting to think this one wasn’t in the cards for me this year.
Enjoy waves of citrus & tropical flavors in this hazy version of the flagship IPA.
This has a dried red fruit right up front that’s killer. Fig, sweet honey. Strong tobacco and oak palate, with dark cherry. Finish is dominated by cinnamon.
It does have some tannins in there that give it a bitterness, but it doesn’t really take away from anything, but it is notable. I think that comes from these old casks.
Overall, I am happy with it and have been enjoying this bottle. I feel it’s worth the $65 price tag. With that being said, I’m not sure I’ll be picking it up again.
Papi Chulo in a cask, dry hopped with Mosaic hops.
This birthday bourbon is so damn good. Huge tobacco note. Has a nice herbal tea note as well. The oak is dark and charred and leathery.
