The old Kaiserschmarrn recipe?
The updated one is more authentic and better no doubt. But I’ve been making my kids the old version all their lives and it’s their nostalgic preference. Can anyone help me out and share the old recipe?

Shredded egg instead of rice, pork kimchi filling, burdock root, pickled radish, cucumber, carrot
Shredded egg instead of rice, filling is kimchi pork, burdock root, carrot, pickled radish, cucumber. 12 pieces, I ate 6.
Chicken, pork, a couple hunks of potato, and black beans. Sorry for the picture quality
Ginger, garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, homemade pineapple syrup, sesame oil and msg in the sauce
Ramen was store bought
A very loose rendition of ‘char sui’ made of pork tenderloin served in lettuce wraps
Made my own sauces which are sugar free.
Konjac noodles are dry fried and mixed with drippings from the pork
enokis steamed with soy sauce, garlic and onion,
mung bean side dish is a maangchi recipe- reduced the sesame oil on it
Eggplant steamed then marinated THEN seared dry to cut on oils.
The gloppy sauce is miso, garlic, soy, a splash of SF sweetener, chili flakes and hot mustard
I’m living abroad and not as many ready made products are available to me as I am accustom. I’m pretty proud of this creation as the macros are pretty bangin.
I came up with this egg white Psyllium husk wrap, filled it with some chicken breast tossed in spicy sauce and scallions, a little Napa cabbage and pickled onions (zero calorie sweetener still works great in this application).
Let me know if you want the procedure for making the wrap, to most people I think there are ready made options though.

Based off the serious eats recipe with the following adjustments:
-The sauce is made with zero calorie sweetener instead of honey and blended with some silken tofu.
-The noodles are replaced with konjac.
- I added extra veg toppings and some raw cabbage mixed into the noodles and sauce itself.
*My pro tip is tossing the mushrooms in some soy sauce and garlic powder and steaming them, no added calories for oil that way. I multitasked and steamed my egg at the same time*

(Repost since I saw I accidentally had logged four servings of konjac instead of one)
Sorry for no cross sections but I found these fellows and am curious to what they could be. Thanks for any help!
Filling is shredded cheese, roasted grape tomato, garlic, parsley and thyme
