I'm a little bias of Angela's default skin but I think Doom Angel and Ace of Spades skins are one level up.
Recolors is just that, a recolor. If your favorite color in the world is red or teal, then you'll probably like those skins.
Angela's 2099 & Tiger God skin is either very good or very bad depending on who you talk to.
She talked to her coworkers about it (was near her job) and said he's been there for a few weeks.
Too funny not to post. My Spidey got laid out but not after wasting their cooldowns. He ulted and pressured Loki to use his lamps, prior to me getting a double charge.
At one point our Bucky ulted their lower case bucky, and he took that personally. bucky respawned, got back into the team fight, aimed hook right at Bucky, PULLS him up to his face and... Bucky just shoots him twice and bucky dies.
Between that and the Spiderman healer pull, it was a funny game.
I was playing backline Angela and getting away with a lot. At one point I pushed their CD out of the fight for a total of 6 seconds lol. Her frustrations are understandable because her team really didn't help peel for her at all. They swapped to a 3rd healer instead of swapping to a tank/dps that would have dealt with me better.
It feels good seeing my team give props for playing well <3
I was already MVP on Rocket when I swapped off lol.
My stats were 3 kills, 2 deaths & 9k heals within those first 6.5 minutes on Rocket. Played the rest of the first half on Angela, never swapped to anything else and I never lost my MVP.
My teammates weren't exactly thrilled by that lol.
Seems like every other loss, me or someone else on the team (usually me because I play off-tanks and have a naturally low kill count only always...) would get called "worse player i've ever seen" or "how are you Champ" or "go back to QP" etc... as if these young gamers don't know how the elo ladder climb works. OR they do know, but love talking shit to their own teamates.
The average casual will grind out anywhere from 20 games to 50 games within a season.
The active "hardcore climber" will grind out 150 to 300 games. If this seems absurdly large, it's because it is. These are the jobless gamers grinding as many games as possible to climb up, typically spending around 6hrs to 12+ hrs on the game.
If you're at 50% or higher winrate, you're basically climbing up even if you go on a lose streak. In 50 games, it's going to be a net positive. If you play enough or change your playstyle around to get value, these players who whined about you WILL be in a lower elo because they can't defeat their own hubris to climb out of the elo they're stuck in.
Lol... it's exhausting. Hearing people's ignorance in nearly every... single... game. I've had comms off since season 4 and I still see the complains. It's both hilarious, sad, and incredibly annoying.
To preface I've been a huge advocate of the Loki teamup. It causes chaos, you can survive well by going invis, etc. My issue with it is that the Starlord teamup does the exact same thing in regards to causing chaos and self-sustains, except it is consistently more rewarding and I'm not even talking about Starlord's root CC or its bonus health if you actually have a Starlord on your team.
I used to think that the extra clone from the Loki teamup gave a tremendous amount of value if you grab 1 or 2 people. The thing is... you don't get the charge effect if you do land it. So there's no additional damage, only a CC effect that doesn't even guarantee value. If your charge meter actually went up when your clone grabs people then maybe this conversation changes but the damage on Starlord is just too amazing.

I finished last season as GM 1 which was a personal best. I was playing so well on Angela that I thought I'd hit Celestial and what's funny, I was 1 game away before losing the next 3 games XD
This season is.... weird... I can only really do well if I use the Loki teamup and land both charges with my clone included. If my accuracy is low, i'm not really getting value. Especially if they have a Thing (my hardest counter). Starlord is good but not great, I can get value only sometimes with that teamup. Everyone seems to have a get-out-of-jail free cards. Playing tank this season in general feels pretty bad.
Sooooo I'm going to play DPS more. I'm just going to be an instant locker dps like everyone else. I'll prob drop down to Plat playing DPS & flexing healer but it is what it is.
All that said, I'm having more fun playing this game instead of banging my head on the wall by making vanguard work. If the match is going to be a loss anyways, I might as well lose on the classes that I have fun with.

The unknown and unnamed gold metal bands around her wrist should be added to the game as a form of teamup.
Maybe it should giive +1 to damage, +2 to defense.
This unnamed item can even make a CHOMP sound like a spider when it deals damage or something idk. Lets name it bug biter.

Context: I sometimes play a couple QP games to warm up for my forever home, aka, Diamond comp. So then, I start the first QP match.
First Match: They place me in a losing game, and the team was losing by a lot. I got 3 kills in maybe 30 seconds before the game ended. The MVP on the team had maybe 5k to his name. We lose horrifically and it put me in a mood. However annoyed, I queue up for a second game because I still wanted to warm up and maybe play longer than just 30 seconds this time.
Second Match: ...it's a bot match. I can't warm up in a bot match. I don't need to work on my aim because I'm a melee main. I forgot that a loss meant I get into a bot match, I just forgot about it. I get annoyed and..
I alt + f4...
...I walk away from my computer*,* then had second thoughts and decided to rejoin the match. I lost maybe 10 or 15 seconds.
My 5v6 team was farming them at their spawn... they didn't even need me.
I play out the rest of the match and figured since I don't need to work on my aim, I can work on my body blocking. I did that for a while until I got bored and decided to fly around a little to have the enemy hit air. I thought it be humorous to not do a single poke of damage because, why even? I have the most damage mitigated because I'm obviously still on the front line vs an entire team of Ultrons on 1990's hardware. There's no reason for me to do anything else in this match except breath air.
I get hit with a penalty after the match for not wanting to participate in farming AI
TL;DR
I'm never entering a QP match ever again. There's no reason to once you've invested enough time in the game. I would much rather queue with players around my level instead of getting these random scenarios where I'm trying to comeback from an already losing game, or my punishment is getting placed vs AI.
We already have an AI mode. Why does QP have one too????
In a form of a Cap/Avenger teamup? A 20s ICD stun option would be pretty sweet and not too game breaking.
