walkervisual recently made some talladega nights bases and it sparked me to update my 4 car set to make em a bit more film accurate, using pretty much only movie stills and clips as reference. this particular release is from a failed 1997 revival of the roarin racers line

I say this because my larry pearson and Brett bodine cars are suffering from zinc pest, and if you look at the second pic, you'll notice that the metal has rather poor quality

shame because I'm trying to go for a complete 1989 set, but stuff like this is putting me off of it

thankfully they stepped up their game and upped the quality a bit, sure it's still cheap but they don't suffer from zinc pest unlike the earlier stuff
