I'm poor and not going to be able to go watch the experiments in the theater. I did give money to the kickstarter, but only at the lowest tier. I do have the Best Friends level, but I don't buy individual riffs. Have they said if their new MST3ks are going to be put up on their site for Friends at any point?

I get a lot of ads and recommendations for books, including a lot of science books. When I try to find reviews of them, to make sure they're actually good science, I mostly just get back cover-type descriptions and nothing that says whether they're accurate or biased or anything like that.

So, I'm looking for good reviews or good reviewers, I guess.

I hope posts like this are allowed.

The system is Daggerheart. The characters have just reached level 2. They're in my homebrew cluster; the map is here but is not really important. Basically they're midway between Nidala, the Phantasmal Forest, and Sithicus, and not too far from Mal-Erek. The party consists of a warrior, rogue, bard, druid, and witch. They are currently in the witch's safehouse with an unconscious cursed wereboar they're hoping to cure.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

My basic ol' white bread is coming out lovely and soft, but it crumbles when I try to spread peanut butter and jam on it. What should I do?

Since a couple of people said to post the recipe, here it is--literally the one right out of the manual.

I'm reposting because my first one was removed for including restricted words, but I'm not sure what words they were. I'm guessing that because I included the files' path directories, they looked like referral URLS?

I posted this over in the Paralives reddit but unfortunately they haven't been able to help, nor have they said that it's a known bug.

Anyway, for a while, I was able to see most of the workshop mods I've subscribed to. There were some bugs in the game that prevented them all from being seen, so I unsubscribed from them--I had found workarounds that said to unsubscribe, then enter the game and resubscribe from there. That worked, like, once.

I believe the Paralives team have managed to fix that bug. However, I can now see none of my mods in the game. None of them are showing up in the mod menu or in the game itself.

Do things need to be moved around? Did I accidentally turn something off somewhere in Steam? I've checked the settings in Paralives itself and there doesn't seem to be anything that would let me turn off mods at all. I've looked in the Steam settings and everything seems to be enabled.

They’re shown as being subscribed in the Steam Workshop.

To edit: I checked the Steam app files and my workshop items are in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1118520.

Paralives itself is saved to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Paralives.

Do I need to move the mods from steamapps\workshop over to the Paralives folder?

It seems like it should, because each phase has full hp and stress. But on the other hand, you don't need to count creatures summoned by Leaders.

Your answer will determine how many minions I add to the boss fight.

I'd been playing with it and one of the hidden areas showed up fine (albeit empty). Then I loaded up the game again and bam, the manifest was missing and couldn't be loaded. I re-downloaded the file a couple of problems and have had the exact same problem.

I've looked up some reddit posts on what to do with missing manifests, and they suggest copypasting from older versions and then opening them up and changing... something. I'm not really understanding, and I'm not even sure what program to use to open it up with. Can someone help me figure out what to do here?

I'm interested in what you guys have come up with.
