Lately I've been checking my analytics and my CTR for most videos in around 3.5%. I have a few outlier videos that perform better and the CTR is closer to or over 5%.
Has anyone here been able to increase their CTR? Leading to more views and retention?

As the title says im going through an intense experience right now. So I have been working on Self-Respect and confidence, last night in my sleep I had dream and when I woke up I felt this intense energy coursing through me. This was at 3am and I haven't been able to sleep since. Ive been rushing to the toilet and also feel like vomiting but nothing much is coming up. But the retching makes me feel better.
How do I navigate this? Ive opened something, how long does this take to integrate? Im exhausted but can't sleep. When i close my eyes it gets more intense, so im just stay awake for now.
