Thanks to u/Akelaphobia for letting me know about this! I'm going to share it here for everyone to see.

Even Flow by Pearl Jam is a secret unlockable song this season. It's not available by default, it will be added to the music player (under select playlists) after performing a simple easter egg.

In order to unlock it, you must first head to SUMR Camp.

Next, wear the free Steezus t-shirt* available to redeem right now in the store (the Steezus gear available in the PAID bundle might also work for this purpose) You can use any clothing for the first time. The Steezus t-shirt only allows you to trigger the easter egg again after the first time.

Now, anywhere in the park, perform a sufficiently long Christ Air*. You will know it worked when you hear a brief bit from Even Flow start playing (even if you had other songs playing before). After it ends you should be able to see and select the song in the music player.

(Also notice that I did not check the royalty-free tracks being added or removed, hard to keep track of, and not like most people would care. I think there's a new royalty-free Country playlist playing in some areas of the SUMR Camp occasionally)

Can't believe I have to point this out, but the upcoming blocky skin in the next pass is NOT going to have styles for every single skin in existence, just because there are "millions of different combinations". Don't be deceived.

You know what other skins have "millions of possible combinations" according to Epic? Maya. Human Bill. Kymera. Toona Fish. Snap. The Guardian from the current pass. Superhero skins. Basically every single skin that has multiple sections that can be edited. None of them offers an insane amount of options, but technically all of them can have "millions of combinations" if not BILLIONS.

Let's say a skin has 5 presets. The skin has 10 body parts to swap, each with 5 options from the 5 presets. How many combinations are possible? That would be 5^10. Which is: 9,765,625 combinations. Nearly 10 million. Just from a skin with 10 separate parts you can customize in 5 different ways.

Epic has done this song and dance before. Saying the amount of possible combinations is PR speak and often outright deceitful, as people, like in this case, start speculating that the skin is going to have a "style" for everything in your locker, which is just silly to think about once you do the maths of how LITTLE is required to have millions of possible combinations. For so many games, it's literally basic customization to swap out various parts for other parts, but Epic is trying to make it sound like a flex, which it isn't.

Long story short, the skin will have like 20 presets designed after existing skins, and they will have various body sections to mix and match. Like, say, having a character with Brite Bomber hair, a Peely head, a Jonesy torso, Renegade Raider arms, and Skull Trooper legs. If not more possible parts. That's it. That is how the skin will be like. That's what a "skin with millions of possible combinations" looks like. It's nothing special. So please stop hyping the skin up like it'll be revolutionary.

How come none of the Skate games (and very few slateboarding games in general) detect Suski grinds? i'm genuinely curious.

(Suski grinds are like Salad grinds but with the nose going the other way, most skating games don't name them or treat them as a 5-0 like Skate. Considering crooks and overcrooks, willies and overwillies, smiths and feebles, I'm surprised salads don't have their mirrored counterpart amd so few games name them)

After a long hiatus I've returned to WD1 and spent the better part of 7 days clearing pretty much all the sidequests with unlockables and required for completion after getting burnt out.

I had also completed all the activities around the map. And those had already made me tear my hair one by one, hence making me take the break.

The Fixer Contracts were insanely annoying to finish.

The collectables were easy but boring.

Most online stuff was doable, except for being profiled (which I had done with someone else's help before the break) and decryptions were a nightmare with the game being as dead as it is, finding so little people that you're always shoved into a neverending FFA match instead of much quicker team-based rounds.

Madness and Psychedelic of the Digital Trips were utter nightmares to complete and I hate them with every fiber of my being. The others were boring at best.

The exclusive missions were all fine except for the one that was literally a glorified introduction of a new collectible. Fuck that one.

And now I've come to this. Possibly the hardest challenge of them all. Finding the last 2 fucking songs by profiling rows of people for several hours every day (I took care of all the songs playing on radios around the city already, I'm just missing Blvck And White and Ms Crumby, only available by hacking pedestrians), and failing at it. It genuinely feels like the game is broken not showing to me a single NPC with new songs available after all this time. It's driving me insane.

The game as a whole is pretty good (although I prefer the 2nd for a multitude of reasons, and the worst completion grind there was getting enough money to buy all clothing and cars), but completion is a nightmare. There are just so many awful design decisions at play. Usually I'm determined to complete many games I play and don't have significant issues, but this one is genuinely burning me out. Not to mention that my savefile will never be entirely complete because I already missed some permanently missable audio logs and that bothers me so much, but I've gone through so much bullshit in this save that I don't feel like starting over now.

All of this to say, I wish I could be like probably most of y'all and just enjoy games carelessly and not be bothered by leaving them unfinished, especially if I like them generally which I do WD1 and 2 (yet to play Legion, I'd love to despite the scathing critiques, but leaving WD1 unfinished bothers me). But there's so much padding in WD1 and it's so badly put together at times that I wish I could just ignore it and finish the main story, which I can't bring myself to do now, but it's going to take forever at this rate to finish this game.

Sorry for the rant, I'm exhausted by this game's side stuff. And the song spawning chance can go fuck itself. If anyone knows any tips to ease the pain there feel free, but I don't think I can do much else to make it smoother, it's just a terrible mechanic through and through.

Just spent 5 minutes chasing after a Grom troll and moving their intentional obstruction pieces away, over and over until they left the server...

...and you should do the same whenever possible. It is hilarious, discourages griefing AND helps out your fellow locals without making them disable all quick drops! Join the cause as a troll patrol!

Long story short, a couple of months ago a recurring issue of my PS5 making insane noise only to shut down had gotten progressively worse to the point most games became unplayable, so I sent my console to repair. A whole week later I received it back merely, according to the notes, "Factory reset and updated to the latest firmware version because apparently after doing that we haven't had the issue happen again" with no part replacement. I was very upset, but to their credit the issue was solved, the console was back being near-completely silent as it always should've been.

Fast forward 1 month. The issue is back. For now it's a slight drone and it doesn't cause any shutdowns, but if logic serves me right it's just getting worse from here.

I'm so sick of this. I don't want to factory reset my console every single month. What do I even do? They are just going to do the same exact thing if I ship it again.

Just updated Morphe Reddit to v.2026.14.0. As soon as I launch, I'm met with a permanent black screen and can do nothing but close it. Posting on browser as I speak.

Anyone know if there's any way around this?

I need 3 total players to play and stay until the end of a Drift playlist for me, so I can complete the Ross challenge of reaching top 3 in a Drift playlist. I've tried completing one on my own and with just one additional player, at the end it didn't count. Every time I start one of those playlists, either nobody joins me or, rarely, I get enough players, but they all leave for losing the first or second races and it stops counting even if I finish.
