If you think health insurance will always protect you, you may be mistaken

The more money available through insurance the greater the risk of unnecessary treatments, tests, and medications because some hospitals may have financial incentives to claim more from the insurer or government.

After government health schemes like Aarogyasri were introduced, there have been concerns that some private hospitals may perform unnecessary procedures or surgeries that could have been managed with medication, simply because they can claim more money from the scheme. In extreme cases, people even worry that hospitals may continue treatment when there is little chance of recovery. The real priority should always be the patient's health not maximizing insurance claims.

will NEET protest students give fair treatment or NOT?

You all watched the NEET protest, trolled the TV reporter, and said it was his mistake to choose biased media. But when they become doctors, will they also refuse to work for corporate hospitals that push unnecessary treatments and overcharge patients, or will they become part of the same system they are protesting against today?

Don’t worry, guys. No government in India would dare to completely abolish reservations

If reservations were removed, they could lose the SC and ST vote banks, while there’s no guarantee that the OBC or OC communities would vote for them in return. In a democracy, no political party would willingly take such a massive electoral risk just to abolish reservations.

This is why Ambedkar had concerns about the limitations of democracy. Governments often make decisions based on electoral calculations, and political parties may prioritize vote-bank politics over long-term reforms.

Ticket vender man speed >railway employee

The government should gradually reduce ticket counters and rapidly expand ticket vending machines. This would help Indian Railways cut salary and allowance costs, improve efficiency, and use public money more effectively.

this is the reason why even psb employees r not happy and feeling stressed

The issue with the bank recruitment process is that banks are hiring for sales-oriented roles but using a recruitment pattern that doesn't match the job requirements. For sales positions, banks should follow a hiring process similar to private banks—simple aptitude tests, interviews, and clear communication about the nature of the role and sales expectations. Public Sector Banks (PSBs), however, recruit through highly competitive exams, interviews, and group discussions. As a result, many candidates who are genuinely interested and capable of doing sales jobs fail to clear these tough exams, while many candidates who clear the exams are not interested in sales roles, targets, or marketing activities. Additionally, private banks often provide location flexibility for sales employees because selling products is generally easier in one's local area, where employees understand the language, culture, and customer base. In contrast, PSB employees are transferred every 2–3 years to new locations. Constant transfers mean building new relationships and understanding a new market repeatedly, making it much more difficult to achieve sales targets effectively.
