Extra cusp on molar

I have an extra cusp on my very back right top molar on the cheek side.

In general all my teeth have extremely deep grooves, a feature that was unfortunately passed on to my kids as well.

The extra cusp though as far as I’ve read is very rare on a) the cheek side and b) the very last molar is basically unheard of

I also had all 4 wisdom teeth (removed before they ever came in).

What kind of genetics or ethnicity is this more seen in? I understand it’s very rare at all, but like I’m passing this on so it must be some kind of dominant genes. Maybe I have high Neanderthal or other caveman?

I’m mad because I bet I’ll need crowns on all my molars at some point, I already have on one very last bottom, and I can tell that extra cusp tooth will be next cause it looks crazy.

Editing to add: I also grind my teeth and I had a top guard made a few years back, but every time I wear it I wake up with my jaw completely dislocated. I am having a bottom one made now to see if that will work. If not I’m screwed.

My 11 yo was just diagnosed. The bottom threshold is 28 and she scored 29, so just over that border. She’s I guess basically the lowest level of autism possible.

Is ABA worth it for such a low level? I’d say her main things that would need addressing are emotional outbursts, eye contact, executive dysfunction, not doing anything she doesn’t want to do (so stubborn), and general lack of ability/interest to carry on a two sided conversation.

She really doesn’t want to do therapy at all, so if I’m dragging her to therapy it has to really be worth that fight.
