SWIFTsmith - "Flashes" (a short clip of an original live studio jam back in 2008) Details are below, if anyone is interested)
Just a short 49 second clip of a studio improv jam section back in 2008. I'm not a singer, but attempted to try. I was trying to remember the lryrics to a song that an old song writer collaborator of mine wrote back in the mid-to-late 80s, but I started off mumbling only the melody that I created for this bluesy guitar riff that I came up with for his lyrics back when we wrote the song together. Then I remembered his 1st verse lyric, but struggled to remember any more - so in the full length 3:24 song I did a lot of mumbling & repeating the only verse that I could remember. It started off cool, but got boring very quick - which is why I'm only sharing a 49 second short audio clip (lol).
Tim Ericksen (T.Thomas.E) was the word man & I (Derek Smith, aka BRYANderek) was the music man back in the 80s. In this 2008 live jam, Kevin Swift is playing his electric home studio drums, while I play my electric vintage 1968 Gibson SG. We're jamming live together with the tape rolling, as we usually did. Kevin came back later & added a 2nd electric guitar track mixed down under the other tracks. He also added a keys track that he played & even a bass line. I think he played the bass line on the top low strings on his electric guitar, unless he had an electric bass guitar that I don't remember. I was supposed to come back later & add an electric guitar lead track & redo my vocal track, but as usual - we never finished turning this jam session into a song... 😐
The Beatles - "A Day In The Life" (The song was released in 1967, not sure about this music video.)
youtu.beThe KILLERS - "Mr. Brightside" (Original 2001 Demo) The KILLERS were still an indie band then.
This was when they were still a true independent unsigned band. They recorded this demo track in November 2001. Dave Keuning playing bass - before the final rhythm section joined the band.
When Brandon Flowers and Dave Keuning went into Kill the Messenger Studio in Henderson, Nevada, in November 2001, they had no backing from any record label - whatsoever. They recruited Matt Norcross to play drums on the demo & paid for the demo recording themselves.
The band officially released this demo track on their 2013 compilation album, Direct Hits.

youtu.beMy r/ sub is 3 weeks old. Am I on a normal growth course?
I may've picked a tough topic to grow - independent music. I welcome independent music posts, amateur hobbiest posts, indie business advice, recording gear suggestions & basically anything to help indie musicians succeed. Unfortunately, so far I've been sharing probably 95%+ of the content. I do a lot of posting into my new r/ sub, as well as cross-posting in other r/ subs that allow cross-posting. I comment in a lot of other bigger similar indie music r/ subs & tell their content providers how much I liked their posts & hope they don't mind that I share them in my new indie music r/ sub. This has been getting a very positive response & many of them join my r/ sub - without me even mentioning the name of my r/ sub. I don't want to come off as spam, pouching for other r/ subs content creators. But, after I share their posts in my r/ sub - I mention their u/ user name from their post I'm sharing in my r/ sub & invite them to join my r/ sub to share more of their music with us. This seems to be getting new members, but very few new content posts so far. Kinda frustrating, but maybe this is normal - you tell me... 🤔
