How would you re-organize my binder?

Been collecting a few years now and not sure how to organize my cards in my binders. As you can see I have a lot of vintage stuff but also have a bunch of IRs not shown and modern bulk. Should I organize by pokemon? Rarity? Energy type? Card type (shining, EX, GX, VMAX, etc)? Set? Or keep it as is?

Looking for some guidance based on what’s most visually appealing and fun to scroll through. Obviously I know the answer is just organize based on what you like but I like people’s ideas and am open to new opinions. Thanks guys!

How do I fix this?

There were some cracks in the top of my chimney base so I tried to patch it up with concrete. I’m not sure if I used the right technique or concrete mix (fast setting concrete mix from Lowe’s) but the concrete isn’t sticking to the base, especially on the vertical parts. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix this?

Did I buy a fake?

Bought this on eBay at market price and trying to see if it’s real or not. Seller had a lot of positive reviews but no authenticity guaranteed has me sketched. Still a chance to return it, added more pics
