I want to switch from wise, I know there are other good options are like skydo and infinity. But as Mulya is charging only 1% I want to know about their service like till now have you faced any challenges or problems ?

Recently govt launched online service to obtain income certificate, I will need it for my admission process so I want to know that is it worth to get the certificate online or directly visit officials for same thing. And if getting the certificate online is worth it then in how many days will I get it because I need it in 4-5 days.
