9070xt , 5070 , 5070ti or 5080?

Hey folks,

I struggle to choose the right GPU. Rn i own a 7800xt and I'm quite happy with it. Although I have system freezes which are probably coming from my PSU. I will have a new PSU soon and if the problem still exists I will hate gigabyte cards lol(it's not ram or Mainboard, I tested everything)

Well , 9070xt has 16gb vram and is "just" 800€ . 5070 is about the same price but only 12gb vram . I play on wqhd widescreen something like that. Well 5070ti and 5080 are super expensive... So yeah that sucks. And why does the 9070xt doesn't have GDDR7 ? Why is that? I mostly play games but if I could get the newest thing I want the newest one if I spend above 800€ already. But paying double the price idk about that lol. Sad times we live in with these crazy prices. Yes we get also more money from our jobs but it's not in relation to the increasing price of consumer electronics..

People who say gear is irrelevant in WoW compared to BDO are missing the point...

(Kind of a rant..)

I keep seeing people say that "gear doesn't matter in WoW because it's replaced every patch." I don't think that's a fair comparison.

First, what are you actually doing while gearing?

In WoW you're pushing Mythic+, trying to beat timers with friends, progressing through raids, learning mechanics, improving your gameplay, and playing as a group. That's the fun part. The gear is there to let you do harder content.

In BDO, a huge amount of progression is grinding the same mobs, doing repetitive quests, or literally pressing R through dialogue. The combat is amazing, but the progression loop is a completely different experience.

People also act like WoW invalidates your gear every few weeks. It doesn't. Major patches are usually several months apart, and during that time you get to actually enjoy the gear you've earned. You also have deterministic ways to improve your character through weekly rewards and other catch-up systems.

Meanwhile, BDO's progression is still heavily influenced by RNG. Yes, events hand out enhancement materials, but at the end of the day one bad enhancement streak can wipe out weeks or months of progress.

I've tried the "just save silver" approach too. I couldn't do it. Even saving 50 billion silver felt nearly impossible, and then you look at the prices of endgame upgrades and realize you're still incredibly far away. Watching so much value disappear because of failed enhancement attempts is one of the most frustrating progression systems I've experienced.

Another thing people ignore is time to reach endgame.

Compare how long it takes a new player to become raid- or Mythic+-ready in WoW - even after 5+ expansions - to how long it takes to become truly endgame in BDO. It's not even close. WoW respects your time far more, and when you make progress it usually feels like actual progress instead of gambling.

I'm not saying BDO is a bad game. Its combat is arguably the best in any MMO, and the world is beautiful. But I genuinely don't understand why people defend a progression system that's so dependent on RNG and such an enormous time investment.

Am I the only one who feels this way?

Matchlock should not unequip main and secondary weapon skins

Hey folks, There is a small but annoying issue in the equipment menu that I would like to address.

Current behavior:

  1. I have weapon skins equipped for my main weapon and secondary weapon.
  2. When I equip a Matchlock (hunting rifle), two matchlock icons appear in the main and secondary weapon slots.
  3. My weapon skins are automatically removed from those slots. They are not visually shown behind the matchlock icons - they are simply unequipped.
  4. When I unequip the matchlock later, the skin slots stay empty. I have to manually re-equip both skins again.

This becomes quite frustrating, especially if you switch between a normal weapon setup and a matchlock setup regularly. Every time you take off the matchlock, you have to go back into the pearl menu and re-equip your main and secondary skins.

Suggested improvement:

The two matchlock icons should only act as an overlay on top of the already equipped weapon skins, not replace them.

  • The skins should remain equipped while the matchlock is active.
  • The matchlock icons should sit on top of the skin icons purely as a visual indicator that the hunting rifle is currently equipped.
  • The skin effects themselves should of course remain inactive while the matchlock is equipped - the skins should only "take effect" again when the normal main and secondary weapons are actually used.
  • Once the matchlock is unequipped again, the overlay icons simply disappear and the skin icons become visible again automatically. No manual re-equipping needed.

This would make the equipment menu behave more consistently and save players a lot of unnecessary clicks when switching between weapon setups.

Thanks for reading through :) . Below is the concept.

UI Customization

Hey everyone,

I've been playing BDO for a while now, and I have to say, the fact that we can customize the UI at all is sooo nicee. It's one of those features you don't appreciate until you play other MMOs that lock everything in place. Shoutout to the devs !

That said, there are a few friction points that honestly feel like they're holding the whole system back from being genuinely excellent. I wanted to put these out there in case others feel the same way.

1. Only 3 Presets? Why?
Three presets sounds generous until you actually play multiple characters. I've got several alts I rotate through, and every single one has different needs depending on their role, skill rotation, and how I like to position things. Three presets get eaten up instantly. There's no good reason to cap it at three. Let us have more please.

2. Character-Specific Auto-Switching (This Is the Big One)
This is honestly my biggest pain point: there's no way to bind a UI preset to a specific character. Every time I log into a different class, I have to manually switch presets. Why? The game knows which character I'm on. It should just auto-apply the last UI layout I used with that character ,or better yet, let me assign a preset per character in the settings.

It seems like such an obvious quality-of-life feature, and it would save that tiny but cumulative annoyance every single time you swap characters.

3. Community UI Sharing
Imagine being able to browse community-made UI layouts, click a link, and have it applied ,with skill bar placements included. The community already shares dye palettes to gear builds on Garmoth etc.. UI layouts should be no different. A simple import/export code or link system would open up so much creativity and also help newer players who might not know how to set things up yet.

Plus, if the system could optionally match skill placements from the shared layout to your own skill set, that would be the cherry on top.

4. More Than 20 Action Buttons, Please
I find it better on some classes to just use action buttons instead of quickslots. 20 action buttons sounds like a lot until you're on a class with a deep kit and you're trying to avoid the quick slot bar entirely.30, 40, whatever. If someone wants to go full action-button-only, the UI should support that.

5. The Grid Needs Some Polish
The adjustment grid is honestly kind of harsh on the eyes , it's very bright and a bit intrusive when you're fine-tuning placements. More snap points in logical positions would also go a long way. I get that the philosophy is "total freedom," and I don't want to lose that. But right now it feels like freedom without much guidance. Better snapping, a softer grid, and maybe some alignment helpers would make the whole editing experience feel way more polished without taking away any flexibility.

What's Already Nice
Before I sound too negative I do want to acknowledge the small win we got: being able to write key bindings or other info under the cooldown bar is genuinely useful. Little things like that show someone's thinking about the UI.

TL;DR: The UI customization system has a great foundation, but it needs: more presets, character-specific auto-switching, community sharing with import codes, expanded action button slots, and a less abrasive editing grid with smarter snapping. Keep the freedom, just make it more thoughtful.

Curious if others feel the same way, or if there are workarounds I'm not aware of. Cheers.

P.S. Completly random.. Why is horse auto feed no working when the carrots are in the family inventory?

EDIT:

- let us change the mini map position and let us customize it a bit aswell

Which AIO for TR100?

Hey folks,

I want to build inside a ssf case . It can have either a 240mm radiator or 280mm radiator on top. I think the silent loop 3 would be the best in 280mm size but rn only 240mm are available... Then there is the Pure Loop 3 but I heard the fans are not so good on it. How is the noise difference and cooling power if you compare the 240mm silent loop 3 vs the 280mm pure loop 3. I'm afraid 240mm radiator will not look so good in that case and that I could get more cooling power and less noise with a 280mm AIO.

Every help is appreciated . Thanks a lot :)

Powerautomate Execute agent and wait

Hey there,

Maybe someone big brain can help me out here.

I have an agent in copilot studio and the agent has multiple tasks that he needs to do. The first one is to extract information from Outlook Mail and write it in Excel, this does work pretty well. But I created multiple execute agent and wait actions this is only one of them. I told the agent to work in modes (the general prompt I put in the copilot studio agents prompt window) the detailed descriptions of the modes itself receives the agent when the agent is called via the "execute agent and wait " action, so it gets the detailed prompt via a message. The agent has to do research based on the data of the mail, but the problem is the researching abilities are really bad it seems . It just uses like 1-2 sources and then stops , but then I even see that he gets like 5 sources and I thought "ahh perfect" but these sources are just Hallucinations and the url is wrong and the website doesn't exist. The weird thing is , if I put the same prompt on the chat window of the agent itself in the copilot studio environment it works fine and it researches good .

How can I make my agent research better via the Powerautomate "execute agent and wait" action.

Hopefully someone here knows a solution.

Thanks in advance! :)

Which mouse to get?

Hey folks,

I currently own a GPW from Logitech but I don't know I used it for like 4 years now or so but right now it feels like I would have better aim with a bigger mouse. I have a claw grip but my palm is not sitting on the back of my mouse and it kinda feels awkward now. My aim feels not safe I guess. If my palm would sit at the back my hand would be more stabilized with a claw grip right? Well for that I need a bigger mouse maybe the BenQ one? I think they have large sizes. Well I'm 1.90m tall and have pretty big hands so I don't know what to get. My brother also has big hands and he uses an old razer death adder maybe I try that when he visiting us again.

Hope you can help me.

Copilot Studio Agent with PowerAutomate

Hey there,

I’m building a Power Automate + Copilot Studio setup where an email (1 per day) is processed and turned into structured data.

Flow looks like this:

  1. Outlook trigger receives an email (HTML body)
  2. A Copilot Studio agent extracts structured fields from the email into a JSON array (based on a fixed prompt)
  3. The same agent then uses those extracted fields to enrich the data via online lookup (e.g. company info, context, additional attributes)
  4. Final output is a single enriched JSON object

Then Power Automate takes this output and writes it into Excel with predined columns

So basically: Email → structured extraction → AI enrichment → single enriched JSON → Excel row

My main question:

What’s the best practice for this kind of “extract + enrich in the same agent, then return final structured JSON” approach?

Specifically:

  • Is it reliable to let the Copilot agent handle both extraction AND enrichment in one step?
  • Or is it better to split enrichment into Power Automate instead?
  • Any issues with consistency when the agent both reads the email and does web-based enrichment in the same response?

I tried a lot but nothing worked I just don't get the chat output ( enrichment with websearch comes later) my agent prompt works fine. Agent extracts email data in perfect json format . I tested it with test button under trigger section : outlook "when new mail arrives V3" But yeah how I get the json Chatoutput to PowerAutomate...

I'm lost.

Since it’s only one email per day, I’m not worried about scale - I just want a stable and clean pipeline.

Thanks in advance!

Beyer dynamic mmx150 vs turtlebeach Atlas Air

Hey audiophile community,

Rn I own the turtle Beach Atlas Air. Maybe some of you sound experts have a clue if this headset is worth the price. If mic quality is not so good it's fine. The sound is the most important part for me. I like the atlas air weight it feels really light. It has good clamp force, you don't feel much pressure at all so for me as a glasses wearer it's really comfortable , I also really like the mesh head strip , it lets enough air inside. Because it's open back and it has some kind of memory foam ear pads you don't sweat as much. Also the soundstage is pretty good I think. I think some YouTuber made an objective test of these with some kind of Audio trace and it was pretty solid.

But my friend is praying the Beyer dynamic headphones because of its sound . It's the mmx150 . He said for wireless they are really good for the price. But I heard they are built cheap.

Also if I would choose wired would you go for the 900 pro x open back or some audio-technica headphones? Beyer dynamic has more bass right? Since I play e-piano I could also use them for that.

Yeah but mainly I use headphones for gaming. Its important for me to pin point enemy movement in fps and that the sounds are solid.

Audeze Maxwell are wireless but super heavy and clunky right? I think I will sweat too much under it..also pretty expensive. For me like 200 € max .

Maybe some of you guys can help me. Maybe I return the turtle Beach? But like I said I'm pretty happy with them

(Yes I know that 900 pro x don't come with mic. I would get seperate cheap maybe.?)

Best regards Freggel

X-Raypad Aqua Control+ Gaming Mouse Pads / EspTiger / SteelSeries QcK / Razer Strider?

Hey folks,

im looking for a mousepad about 90x40cm that is black maybe with small logo is ok. It should be used for Warzone, a bit CS2, Pubg maybe, WoW, LoL etc. RN i use an edpi of 3800 , i turn with all my arm and use wrist for flicking/aiming i think. Should i go for the artisan? Its so expensive tho.. I also want to clean it. One time i put my old mousepad in washing mashine and it still worked but i guess i wont do it with new one. But it should not break with a bit of water and soap.
Pricerange under 50€ would be nice.

Best regards.

Shotguns any good?

Which shotgun has one shot in the head potential with no ADS and just the round hip fire cross hair ? It would be amazing against controller heavy movement sweats since you don't have to track them in close range then and can just flick.

Hello folks,

what is the best handheld. I think the one mentioned above is way too expensive for me...

I think i go for the msi claw AI8 . It should have a decent OS, windows is fine, it should have very good performance, it should stay cool and it should have a kind of docking station to view it on tv and play on tv with controller.

Best regards :)
