Help find the species of this jellyfish like creature?

Found on the outer banks of North Carolina, ranges in sizes with the largest shown in the pictures, they harden should you mess with them and they have small non stinging tentacles with a slight green hue at the tips.

4-merous mutant!

I noticed this tetramerous iris yesterday when it was partially open.

Taking a pic this morning, I see there is another tetramerous bloom opening as well.
