I'm taking mounjaro since last Sept, currently on 5mg, lost 40 Lbs, have more to lose. Also taking for diabetes so will be on it forever (2.5mg controlled glucose well).

I'm at a point where I should go up to 7.5mg. Here are my fears: 1) increased side effects, and 2) ending up at a HIGHER maintenance dose when I reach goal - meaning, if I get my body used to higher doses, does the final maintenance dose it will need also be higher when I reach goal weight? For less side effects long term, I'm hoping to not have to do more than 2.5mg or 5mg maintence dose. But maybe these are all misconceptions on my part? What was your highest dose during loss and what is your maintenance dose?

How can I find a house sitting or similar situation for 10-14 days in mid June? I have a project I need to be in the city for, and hotels are insane. Only requirements are safe, clean and private bathroom

What region in the U.S. has the larger concentration of (the most beautiful) National Parks? I can only make one trip for a while and want to maximize the experience. I've done the Zion, Bruce area but not seen any other of the parks. I'm really curious about Yellowstone, Yosemite, Glacier, anything gorgeous (landscape photography is my main interest). What would be an itinerary your recommend I start with?

While there have been short stalls during these months, I have not gained weight on the med before, but the past two weeks, Ive gained 4 pounds. It may not seem like much but creeping upwards is stressing me out becuase Ive been so worried that the medication would stop working and I'd be right back to where I started or worse.

Does mounjaro stop working at some point? Has anyone had weight gain while on it? Nothing about the way I'm eating has dramatically changed from the previous months where I was losing easily.
