Im a minor and was suspended for CSE on June 14th, I havent tried to appeal because everyones saying its not worth it or sum; Recently theres been more people successfully appealed for CSE but like will i have a more likely chance of getting it back since im a minor??

I also have another account suspended for integrity, is it possible for me to get both accounts back with just regular appealing or should i take it to meta support just to be safe?

I've appealed once which it made me send a video and also a photo of my ID but the image i sent of my passport was blurry which was honestly my fault and now I'm on my last appeal, ive been way too anxious to appeal because I have really important memories on there and also dms because I do need my main IG and FB for this legal situation i have going on and they contain evidence on them, but I've been waiting for more approved appeals to happen on here before I actually tried it, but what do you guys think?

If anything it looks like a gamble whether or not I'll get my accounts recovered, and it looks like the only dependable for sure way to get a CSE suspension..

Ive seen people sue meta for falsely suspending their business accounts and win but i havent dont much research to see people suing meta for suspended their personal accounts.

However, maybe in my case it might be different because I do need my main insteagram and main facebook account back because there is evidence in my dms for this legal thing i have going on, I also have spent money buying metas products, such as 2 meta vr headsets and also a multiple games inside of it probably totalling to around $50-$100 or more. It also contains multiple memories dating all the way back to 2012 in both my facebook and one of my suspended instagram accounts, which due to losing them has caused me emotional damage.

I havent appealed my suspended instagram accounts but could I still sue meta if I get disabled?

I am a minor and my spam account got falsely suspended for CSE June 16th, and attempted appealing once but got denied because the photo of my passport that i sent was blurry, I have one more attempt but I really dont want to risk my account getting disabled since appealing is basically a gamble.

The only thing is, is that I dont care about my spam account getting suspended, just my 2 main IG's and FB linked to that account because they all have evidence to this legal situation i have going on, and i also have memories from 2012 all the way to before i got suspended, which I cant even get them back when I try downloading my information. I know everyone says you cant get CSE suspended accounts back or its impossible and to just accept it so if ur gonna comment that dont bother, but ive seen people get their accounts back mostly from luck but I wanna try my chances.

My instagram(made 13 years ago years ago), facebook(made 14 years ago), and meta account(made 5 years ago) have been suspended because of my spam account i made a few months ago that got flagged for CS its driving me crazy.

I've been talking to this guy for around 2 weeks, and like hes been taking it slow and keeps asking about my boundaries and tells me that he wants to respect me and move at whatever pace I want, which obviously he sounds like a really good guy right?? Idk but it restricted me from messaging ppl and sharing links so got scared and logged out js incase its my ip/device thats flagging it as a suspicious account but would simply logging out lower the chances of my account getting suspended? Or should I just delete it and make a new one on my mother's phone again because I dont want her facebook to get suspended aswell just because it has important info on there, and how do i prevent my friends account on my phone from getting suspended because it has like important chats there too w screenshot evidence for this legal situation I have going on.

Ive also heard that it IS possible to get accounts suspended or even disabled for CSE back because they dont actually completely delete ur account when its disabled and im like really desperate to get my accounts back because they include some evidence for this legal thing I have going on, so what are you guy's thoughts, Would it be possible to recover them if im persistent?

My instagram accounts and Facebook account has gotten suspended for false CSE, i am currently planning to get meta verified on one of my family members account to get an agent or something because ive made a new account and tried getting an agent but the Ai keeps saying that I cant open a case or talk to an agent because my new account is not linked to the suspended account, do i need meta verified to talk to a live agent? I was planning on just appealing it on my own with my passport because there is also evidence for this other legal thing i have going that is in my suspended accounts messages and I am unable to download the chats through the "download your information" link, would using legal shield or getting an attorney work in my situation? Especially since there is legal evidence within the suspended accounts; can someone give me a prompt for the ai or the steps to getting an agent or opening a case, or even Facebook and Instagrams support email because ive heard emailing them about your suspended account helps alot, i really need my Facebook and Instagram for the legal issue I have going on so any advice would help!

How likely is it for insta to unsuspend your account if u actually verify with your id? Because ive seen alot of people especially those falsely accused of cse get perma banned even after submitting their id, idk if instas like actually giving me a chance or what cause when I first got banned I didnt take it too seriously and for the id photo thing I just used my actual face and took a pic of that because it was late and I didnt think much of it because I was so tired 💔 but normally ive seen people only get one chance and theyd get perma banned but like anyways I only have a passport and I do have the option to use that so how likely is it that I'll get unbanned if I appeal with it?

is re-reading the whole LN necessary if ive already watched the anime and read the manga? Cuz if i remember correctly the anime didnt include some things from the Manga so like is it the same w the LN and Manga?
