Disappointed with akebono brake pads
Ended up getting akebono brake pads for rear and they made a crazy amount of noise for months with centric coated rotors.
I Went back to mechanic and they swapped out with power stop evolution and the noise is finally gone.

Used drydex on first coat and realized I was wrong.
Hi all plumber came here to check on a leak. Ended up being roof over area of the house that needs to be replaced/ gutters.
I cut out a Sheetrock piece after tracing it and used drydex but realized after this was not the move.
Should I sand and use a stronger joint compound? Not sure I can use fiberglass right now since gaps are sealed.

Planning trip for September- 6-16 family near Ansiao
Hi all,
So glad I found this page. I’ve been to Portugal 3 times but never got the full experience because traveling with family. This time I’m traveling with my wife for the first time and have family in Ansiao.
We are thinking
1 Lisbon/ Sintra for a day and head to Ansiao stay with family.
2. Visit coimbra
3. Head to Nazare for a day
4. Porto/ Douro Valley
5. End the trip near Algarve
My wife thinking it’s possible to go to Madeira for two days not sure if it’s possible or we go there for a separate occasion. Also anything you guys recommend or locations that are a must!

Ac unit cleaning. How involved?

Correct lapel size for 180lb and 5’9’ height
Hi guys,
Looking for the blazer experts here. I purchased a nice hickey freeman blazer 40R and the lapel size was 3 inches.
I realized my other suits have a 2.5 width on the lapels and not sure if I should switch to the 3 or use the slimmer lapel.
I see online people recommend a 3 inch for my build. Let me know your thought! Thanks in advance

Offset drain connection
Hi guys,
What’s the best way to simplify this? Should I add a 45° elbow from the drain with a p trap connector, then connect the P-trap up to the sink?
