Bought my mom's 2013 Euro Civic (9th gen) 1.8 i-Vtec with 280k km / 174k mi

Since images of the euro 9th gen are rare, here is mine. 2013 4 door model in black.

Why are there no posts featuring the 9th gen Honda Civic on this subreddit? Was it an unpopular generation? I thought it sold well

I dont try to fix my scooters anymore

I just drive and if it breaks I buy a new one.

I love fixing them (in my head) but Im not good enough at crafts to actually fix them. Whenever I do either it doesn't fix the issue or some new issue appears.

There are probably 3-4 things that "should" be fixed right now with my current Honda scooter.

Rough start, high idle, high consumption, hasn't been serviced in years, etc.

But I just drive.

If it breaks I sell it and buy a new one.

Might not be the smartest route but I just don't have the skills or confidence.

Need new front brakes after 24k km and Dacia won't pay for it

Half of the 24k km was driven on the Autobahn.

Its physically impossible that the brakes are done. There's a mechanical error, which my dealer admits, but they say its not covered by the warranty (brakes aren't at all).

But its not possible that the error is on my side and I don't want to pay 850€ for new brakes on a car that's not even 2 years old, for an error that's not my fault.

What can I do now?
