Watched A Thin Line Between Love & Hate for the first time

I’ve been on a mission to watch more black classic movies, and I decided to watch a thin line between love & hate since I’ve been wanting to watch it for awhile now. I really enjoyed the movie, but the ending kinda annoyed me. Maybe I’m a bit crazy for lowkey rooting for Brandi… 😭

This game reminds me of cooking mama

KuloNiku Bowl Up! I bought this game on sale a day ago since it’s on sale for $8.99, and I’ve been obsessed. 😭 It was definitely inspired by cooking mama, which I used to love playing as a child. The art is so cute, and the storyline and characters are so fun! I really like that you can form bonds with the characters, and having lore makes it feel like more than just running a ramen shop. I usually play life and farm sims, so this was a pleasant change of pace for me.

Please be a bachelor

Considering there’s a noticeable imbalance between the female (10) and male (6) romanceable characters, I’m really hoping this is a bachelor with long hair and muscles. 😭 I love the game, but the bachelor choices are so atrocious lol.

Tried to make my farm look cute & whimsical

After a ridiculous amount of time, I think I’m finally done with the outside of my farm! 😭

I added all four seasons of my farm because I thought it was cool to see the trees change colors.

I think spring or winter are my favorite seasons in the game. 😊

Hear me out… (Dad Spoiler)

THE DAD IS SO HOTTTTTT. OMG, I can’t explain how MAD I was when I finally met the dad, and he’s the hottest male character to me out of the ridiculous bachelor lineup in this game. 😭 He looks so evil and menacing, and I love it. Literally the only male character with a “tough” serious gothic appearance, and it just had to be our frickin dad. 🫩 So the devs decided to make four dilfs in the game, and two of them are dateable, just for the player’s dad to be the hottest one. Why, devs… WHYYYYY?!?!

Dragan Edit

Next bachelor edit on my list was Dragan! After Ludo, Dragan was actually the next design I wasn’t a huge fan of. So I tweaked him a little bit as well to make him more appealing. 😊 What bachelor should I do next?

Ludo Edit

Really liking the game so far, but I’m so disappointed in the design of most of the bachelors, but Ludo especially. 😭 I cannot get over how bad he looks despite liking his personality. lol So I tried editing his original look a little bit. (I’m not good at coloring, but tried. 🌝)

Anyone else remember the princess episodes from Happily Ever After: Fairy Tales for Every Child? Rewatching it & comparing these versions to the Disney’s versions

Did anyone else grow up watching this show? I absolutely loved the princess episodes the most and all of the songs that were written for each one. 😊 I always thought how they wrote and portrayed every princess in the series was unique & cute. The art style kinda reminds me of the proud family show on Disney. 😭

  1. Rapunzel
  2. Cinderella
  3. The Little Mermaid
  4. Beauty and the Beast
  5. The Princess and the Frog
  6. Snow White
  7. Sleeping Beauty
  8. Thumbelina

I had the strangest situation with Chase calling me today

I had the weirdest thing happen. Chase called me and said there was suspicious activity on my account. They were able to send push notifications, change my password, and read off the suspicious activity and my recent charges. I did give them my card information since they asked for it.

They were in the process of contacting the platforms where the fraud was happening to block the charges and delete any accounts made with my information. It seemed legit to me, but I got suspicious and told them I wanted to confirm they were Chase by calling the phone number on the back of my card. The representative was trying to assure me that they were Chase and that she could transfer me to the person above her, but I hung up on them anyways to call the number on the back of my card.

While I was trying to dial the number on my card, they were literally blowing up my phone with calls. They kept calling me back, and I ended up having to block the number so I could call the one on the back of my card.

When I got connected to a representative and explained the situation with the previous number that had called me, and how I was suspicious of the call and wanted to confirm through this number, they said they couldn’t see anything on my account but thought it might have been a legitimate Chase representative. They then connected me with the fraud department.

Once I got connected with the fraud representative, they said they would start by reading back my charges. When they did, they also mentioned the same fraudulent charges that the previous caller had brought up. I then told this representative more information about the Chase representative who had called me with the same information and had been able to send push notifications. They found it strange that the bank had called me and said they don’t usually do that.

I gave them the number that had called me, and they said they were going to report it. However, when they looked further into my account, they saw that someone had already blocked the charges and that the push notifications I received were legitimate. They could tell someone had been assisting me previously, but they couldn’t find any trace of the phone number on their end. They found that odd as well because they’re usually able to see those things.

Fortunately, nothing went through, and I managed to cancel my card and change my login information, but WTF… 🫠 I still don’t know if that number was legitimate or not. When I looked it up, it appeared to be an actual Chase bank in California, but I’m still so confused and anxious about everything. 😭

Just to note! The number had a 559 area code.

KISS, KISS, KISS!

Hear me out… please! 😭 I love his passion, loud personality, and enthusiastic energy. And his build is insane! 🫪 I already know he’s not an option, though, they never make the dilfs romanceable. 💔

“Can you braid my hair?” No tf I cannot.

Hate when I’m dating around or making new friends and people assume or ask if I can braid their hair (all ethnicities ask btw) or do retwists. Like, I can barely braid my own damn hair. 😭 Trust, that’s one stereotype that I WISH I had, but unfortunately not all Black women are born with the gift of braiding hands. It just happens way too often that I’m asked this, or some dudes that ask may think it’s flirting, but honestly even if I could braid, it’s just a turnoff to ask a Black woman you just met to braid your funky ass hair in my opinion. Or even when I say I can’t they’ll proceed to ask me to try or use them for practice. “We’ll learn together” Fuck off. No. Do it yourself.

🔥 Hot ▲ 5.1k r/megantheestallion

As Meg went through probably one of the worst celebrity cyberbullying incidents, mostly fueled by a bunch of grown ass men and a few bird brained bitches, for simply being a victim and is still getting hate while miserable people celebrate the slightest bit of her misfortune when all she does is keep to herself and uplift her community and women the best she can, this is absolutely a valid question to ask a man before deciding if you’d want to date him, as it lowkey will show you his mindset toward women, victim blaming, abuse, misogyny, protection, and empathy.

This recently happened and has started to make its rounds on social media. I saw another Reddit post about this video, and the comments were pretty defensive and bias on the racist florist’s behalf. This level of aggression and attempts to dehumanize are never acceptable, it doesn’t matter what happened prior to the woman recording. He shouldn’t have spoken to her like that at all, and the white people who are on his side are the reason racism runs rampant because of the lack of holding racists accountable. Just terrible.
