Day 3 of posting my lettuce filled burgers. Lettuce is so cheap right now, I’d be losing money by not buying it!

Found the animal style fries of my dreams in Hesperia, CA. The one of the 15 on Main is a top tier location. Quick & great service

Does anybody have any information about this particular An Xi Oolong. Suggested brewing temperature? It’s quite affordable, but I’m wondering how, if possible, I get a better brew from it. I get it from a local store and find info about it online.

In 23 years the only REAL pet peeve I have always had and will always have with sushi, is not mayo, cream cheese, or even baked/fried rolls. It’s that fake plastic grass they put in between sashimi/rolls/ginger. I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT

What is even the point??? Just more plastic waste. Even at Japanese stores here and in Japan

Edit:
pet peeve (n): something that a particular person finds especially annoying

Edit #2:
I’m not taking your comments personally, except for the insults; that aside, it seems like some of you really are taking offense to this post…

Edit #3: I’ve worked in seafood restaurants serving raw fish for almost 30 years. I know about cross contamination and know what it’s used for. Still don’t like it. And Japanese cuisine is the only place I see it. I also believe it’s overused.
