Just bought a 2nd hand bike which is in great condition but the lockout knob on the forks isnt locking out the suspension. On closer inspection when in the locked position it seems to be stopping the fork at about the half way mark when compressed.

The knob seems to click into position at either end when turned but isn't super smooth.

Not sure if related but the wheel isnt sitting central (only off by about 5mm) when placed into the forks squarely.

Any idea whats going on please.

Any good recommendations for any of the following...

Litter tray and litter

Collar

Tracking (was going to go with a small Bluetooth tracker at the very least)

Food

Toys

Scratch post

Probable a dozen other things i havnt even thought about.

Male kitten from a friend of a friend. Hes just hit 10 weeks old so i will be taking him home pretty soon. He will be an outdoor cat so could also do with a good online resource for things like how long i should settle him in before letting him out.

Last time i had a cat it was a very casual affair this time i want to be prepared.

Been shopping about for a looong time now for a new bike, I'm massively fussy AND looking for a good price so its deffinitly time to cast a wider net.

Im currently checking facebook for local near new bargains and ebay, again for local new or nearly new bargains.

Are there any good online shops or bargain sites i could be trawling?

Im looking to only spend about £500 else ill be too scared to leave it locked up anywhere.

I was looking at my sisters EP-2 Pro today as she wants to reduce the speed in an attempt to make it UK legal.

The computer has the max speed set at 65 (not sure if this was mph or km) but entering the special menu with +- would let us change most values but maximum speed seemed to be locked. (Can i return these changes to defaults btw?)

After some quick mobile googling i come across a post saying that it was locked on newer models but that removing the throttle and using pedal assist only would make it so we only got the legal speed of 15.5mph.

I disconnected the throttle but it didnt seem to make any difference.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
