At its core is Daggerheart a combat oriented rpg?

Looking for some insight before I put this on the table with some prepared adventures. My players don't enjoy combat and have specifically stated that having combat every session is tiring and uninteresting because it takes up so much time.

OMG someone walking around has deathly STANKKKK

Some body passed me a few minutes and I almost gagged from the air behind them.

It was like unwashed foot stink and a week of ball sweat.

This is totally fucking unacceptable.

It wasn't no child either.

If u pass me again, I swear to Christ I will say something to you.

YOUR BODY SMELL IS RUINING GENCON

Why do ppl think every flying insect with wings is a bee?

I live in America where most ppl have no idea what a bee is besides an insect with wings. I had a customer come in today asking for bee spray when they clearly had wasps.

How much times to goon each day is safe?

I'm 22M of SE Asian descent. Right now I goon twice per day on regular. Some days I will go more. If I don't work that day, I may goon 4-6 times to completion. The internet has pretty mixed opinions on what is healthy and what could be unsafe. I always try to stay hydrate and eat good foods. No crisps or junk etc.

Typo in Core? "New Player Advice"

On page 47 of the Core Rules in the red block titled New Player Advice. It says your size and strength should sum at least 21 so you get 4d6 damage. Then it says 27 for 5d6 damage

But then on the next page it says you calcite Weapon damage by size + str / 6.

Wouldn't 24 be the min for 4d6? 30 for 5d6?

Confused now

Any free rules available so I can understand this system?

I keep seeing the system mentioned but I'm not really sure what it's offering. Are there like any base rules I can download and take a look at? Thanks. New player

Weekend duty because I have no kids or family?

Weekend doodie list just got posted. It's mostly dorm airmen and single NCO's. It's obvious who is being randomly selected this weekend. Just because I have no children or spouse I should have to give up my weekend to make an extra plane or two ready for Tuesday that probably won't fly anyways?

Edit: lots of weekends duty schedule makers get mad itt

I'll be blunt. What number of body count is just to high to be considered not good for marriage? I come from a very traditional family in SE Asia and in starting to worry that I got to much history now.
