He slept more than three hours!!!

He slept four hours straight guys!! I had been getting up every hour! Every single hour. He was spitting up like crazy. It was terrible I was tired!! So we went to the pediatrician, I told them his symptoms and that I had been trying to supplement formula into his feed because I felt like he was not getting enough food, and that he was spitting all of it up. She said must be reflux, try this formula and here’s some medicine, we’ll follow up next week. Started that day and it is currently midnight. I am thrilled!! More than thrilled, rested! Y’all I was loosing my freaking mind, tonight is so nice.
All I needed was four hours consecutive. I was barely even getting two hours of sleep, I thought this was normal. Nope! Reflux is a butt and im glad it’s getting better. The formula alone was a game changer he sucked down eight onces within three hours on top of breast feeding. Struggled to go to sleep but once down, it was over. I kept waking up, like this is weird. I’d rush to his bed to see if he was alive. He was, it was just weird but I couldn’t be happier.

Birds migrating

So a month or two ago I had woken up late, slept in. I looked outside and I saw this, I was delirious at the time and thought, “Who the hell dropped off lawn ornaments in my yard.” I kept looking for a minute or two then one of them moved and I realized it was a bunch of birds. They hung out for about an hour until a large wind came and blew them away. I have never seen a bird like this before haha.

Everyone’s got a problem!

Why is it a lot of people on r/tv shows hate people watching tv wtf you on that subreddit for Jesus Christ. I live in the middle of nowhere you mother crappers I watch tv get tf over it. 😤 I watch tv, I go garden, I crochet. I cook, I take care of my baby. I go outside and sit and watch the mountains and do breath work. At least I’m not waisting my money living in convenience and then complaining about my life because it’s “so bad”. You spoiled, pathetic, city folk! Y’all got too many problems and not a lot of solutions!

  4. Buffy The Vampire Slayer
  5. Firefly
  6. Eureka

Rescue me decline in later seasons

I really liked the show to start out with but I’m nearing the end and it’s hard to watch. I fucking hate Janet, I always have and it’s just like Tommy what are you doing getting back with this bot h. Not only that but everyone is giving him such a hard fucking time on the drinking and he’s not even that bad when he does drink it’s ridiculous. It’s practically about a man trying to live his life but around a bunch of people that are just really shitty. Holy crap, I’m about ready to stop watching and me and my husband both agreed if it dosnt get any better we are just done with the show completely.

I’m done

I have 17 more days to go until the due date, which dosnt even mean he’ll be out. I can officially say I’m done being pregnant. I want this baby out of me, I’m ready for the second step. The false contractions get me excited and ready but then nothing. I’m tired, I’m sick of being tired. I feel big and bloated. I don’t want to be induced but I’m considering it cause I’m just over it. I f el so hormonal and I’m having horrible nightmares because of it. I’m so done.

Love and Care

I believe social media has created this expectation that people must constantly check up on you, text everyday, and must always be emotionally available otherwise “they don’t care about you”. I honestly don’t think that’s healthy.

Life is busy, people are working, struggling, recharging, focusing on family, hobbies, surviving, growing, and themselves. Not everyone is glued to their phone and not every friendship or relationship needs constant communication to be real.

Some friends I talked to every once in a while there are even friends that I talk to after months without speaking to and I still love them deeply. That is normal. People generally know a lot of people by the middle of their lives.

I also believe that people shouldn’t constantly pry into other people’s lives and monitor their mental state. Sometimes people give space because they respect boundaries. Sometimes people assume that if you need to talk, you will. And honestly not everyone is equipped to be an emotional caretaker and therapist 24/7.

If something heavy is sitting on your chest, sometimes the healthiest thing to do is to reach out yourself. Message them. Call them. Or better yet visit them in person and have that hard conversation. Say what needs to be said instead of waiting for someone to magically sense it and carries the emotional responsibility for you.

And honestly, neurodivergent people experience this pressure is especially hard. People with autism Asperger’s ADHD and similar conditions can struggle with keeping up socially, responding consistently, maintaining constant communication, or knowing what is expected in a relationship. That does not mean that they lack empathy or don’t care deeply about people. many care deeply they are just not wired the same way Neurotypical people are wired.

Healthy relationships are not built on constant emotional surveillance or unspoken expectations. They are built on communication, mutual effort, understanding, and allowing each person to still have a full life outside of the relationship.

Someone having their own struggles, responsibilities, or in our world does not mean they care less about you.

The recipe I tried for this was fantastic and I always love finding new ways to incorporate wine or spirits into my food because it always leaves a distinct flavor I like. Like the wine cheese you can get at the store, sooo good 🤤. This was fantastic highly recommend I’ll drop the recipe here: https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a43533229/salisbury-steak-recipe/?utm\_source=google&utm\_medium=cpc&utm\_campaign=mgu\_ga\_del\_md\_pmx\_prog\_org\_us\_18345007169&gad\_source=1&gad\_campaignid=18339119658&gbraid=0AAAAACq-IPyha6HISyWdNXtH4Z7vcozDT&gclid=EAIaIQobChMItJPzxIOelAMVSCRECB2o6wCDEAAYASAAEgJMmPD\_BwE
