Boolean exact text search doesn't work.
I'm not running it on web. I've tried desktop and android. I have full text search enabled.
I want to search for #urgent, or !urgent, NOT just urgent. This happens regardless of whether I use !, @, or #.

I don't know why adding an ear loop to an ANC earbud increases the price by 250% D: It looks like over ear versions are much cheaper, (and maybe with better audio quality?) but they're soo rough in the summer.
I'm also interested in recs for IEM headphones. It looks like they're exclusively wired, so I would have to choose between not using my phone, (and running the cord down my shirt) or having it constantly get caught on things, which is a big issue. But it would be nice to have a pair of headphones for flopping and fully blocking out all the external sounds. Especially for sleeping.
I'm really struggling to get the search feature to work. Putting quotes around things doesn't seem to matter. I really just need a way to quickly tag a note so that I can find it later. For example, in Keep I could write #taggitytag, and it would automatically tag it. I understand that amplenote can't do that, but I also can't search #taggitytag without it including irrelevant things, or searching for tags rather than text. I've tried using other symbols, but I still end up coming up with endless irrelevant search results. How can I categorize something quickly, *in the moment,* without having to wait for multiple menus to load?
(*iF* Aly Richards wins the primary I will vote her for against Scott for harm reduction in November but I have been studying this race (special interest 🫠) and I have no reason to believe she will be more effective than Scott. If that is our path, I hope I am wrong…)
Each time I hear her speak she says more things indicating that her priority is protecting the wealthiest class and is deep in the establishment.
She spent 10 years working across party lines on Lets Grow Kids and uses that as her main evidence for why she’s qualified to be our governor. In the Vermont Public debate Janoo asks her why she chose a regressive (disproportionately impacts working Vermonters) flat tax for it and she replies that they knew they needed a reliable funding source and they are “agnostic” to what that was so the legislature chose it. Worked on it for 10 years and was agnostic about the funding source? 🤔
You can find info about that nonprofit here… https://philanthropy.org/990/report/311802348/lets-grow-kids-inc
“Alyson Richards’s $210K as Chief Executive Officer is at the 90th percentile of top reported officer pay among 1546 $1–10M youth development nonprofits.”
This means top 10% of 1,546 similar positions for orgs of that money size.
I also recommend watching these two interviews hosted by Morgan Gold.
He interviews Janoo first and it’s the most detailed dive into her platform policies I’ve seen so far and he really challenges her, which I love. (https://youtu.be/vjS-H5CKpTQ)
Then Richards… it was wild how different it was from Janoo’s. I was looking forward to the level of detail that was in the first one… As in the Vermont Public debate, she criticizes the Fair Share idea and in this video says the conversation to increase taxes on income over half a million dollars is like “squeezing blood from a stone” and that the conversation is “insulting” (hmm.. who could that insult?…) https://youtu.be/eX18syU8uPI
I think the reason Richards is talking like she’s already running against Scott instead of Janoo is because it’s strategic. Less name recognition for Janoo and gets people riled up and focused on getting Scott out. When comparing their platform websites, Janoo’s blows Richards out of the water in my research and data oriented brain world.
(NOTE: I am posting this on behalf of a friend who is less chronically online than I am, but has lots to say)

It looks like the spring on the sinking side is still connected to the other springs, but at an angle. I assume this has caused the foam to rip and tear. Any suggestions? The foam on the back is degraded, and I can just use pillow filler for that. Should I use plywood with extra foam on top to reinforce the sinking seat? Or do I need to address the springs?
With a full keyboard, the home/end keys work great. But on mobile, I often need to quickly navigate to the bottom of a note. Is there a good way to do this?
TLDR; How can I automatically sort things into collections based on keywords, without looking at my phone, via dictation?
I have a LOT of thoughts. The ones that are relevant to my moods get put in the bullet journal itself. The thousands of other ideas get sent off to various collections, with premade categories. However, my best thoughts come while I'm busy (ask me about adhd and the DMN) so I primarily rely on dictation while driving, hiking, etc. This leaves me with a massive, cluttered list, but its still an important part of my process for clearing my mind.
So what I need is to be able to dictate something like #shoppinglist cat food, milk, and have that be AUTOMATICALLY sorted. I review my collections, but viewing them in the appropriate context is important, rather than a jumbled list going back and forth between shopping lists and ten other projects.
Individual notes and tags are one option, but I'm currently using amplenote, and it requires too many button presses. Keep Notes will auto detect the hashtags and tag the notes, but it's also missing a lot of important features, like bulleted lists, and the ability to extract (migrate) a chunk of text to another document, without context switching by opening another note. I've tried using voice commands, but even if they were fully reliable, they require looking at the screen, and pausing for each command, rather than being able to use stream of consciousness.
P.S.
For those of us who really need concise information, but also need to YAPPPPP, collapsible bulleted lists rock. I can have a one line version of a thought, and the long form version is hidden until I expand the bullet.
I mostly use amplenote while hiking, driving, etc. This means I can't spend time looking at a screen, or moving the cursor around. In Google Keep, I'd be able to just dictate #taggitytag and it would tag the note. In Amplenote, even if I search for #taggitytag, it's incredibly unreliable. Even if I put quotes around it, it comes up with irrelevant search results.
So how can I organize my notes on the go? Review is not an option. They need to be tagged as they're created.
P.S. Is there an addon that allows different shapes for bulleted lists? Trying to bullet journal, but only having one option is brutal.
P.P.S. is there a better way to use the extract feature? It's a great idea, and I'm overjoyed that mobile got fixed. But if I highlight a large block of text, I have to scroll to the bottom to get to the extract toolbar, then scroll all the way back to the top to get to the menu for selecting the note to extract to. If I'm on mobile, the note selection menu for extraction is fully hidden by the keyboard, making it very difficult to use. If this feature had a hot key, and some way to use it effectively with mobile, it would be THE BEST APP EVER.
P.P.P.S
Is there some way to collapse bulleted lists? There's an addon for headers, but not for bullets.
Synchronized slams feel so good
tbh this is more of a ball question, but my soldier homies know how to shoot shit better than anybody. I ran into a higher ranked widow, and suddenly couldn't land a single shot.
Do you mirror strafe? If so, do you jump with them? At a distance, tracking the arc of a jump is super easy, but up close, I get mad lost.
Where's the cain culto love
Dr. K says to pull back the energy, go grey, and then find other things to attach to. I've tried that, with very, very bad results. I've had much better results from just attaching to other things, and letting the former attraction gradually wane, rather than enduring the grey zone (which with addiction requires intense willpower, which when depleted leads to a whiplash effect).
However, I'm not looking for opinions. I mean, if Dr. K has more info, I'll take that. But I'm looking for more vetted information, from experts, from other disciplines, from textbooks, anything credible.
I shamefully admit, when I was reading Fulgrim, my eyes were kind of glazed over from all the non emperor's children content, so I must have missed something. But now after reading reflection crack'd, and then checking the wiki, it looks like crack'd is the only time it mentions that he gets his body back? Was he just lying? Why is the picture smiling? Is his butthole ok?
A lot of times I'll want to follow up on a play my teammate is making, and I won't have great slam angles. Should I be focused on hitting headshots while they're midair from my boop?
not pictured: me spending ten seconds bumping into walls while my sombra fights for her life. I swear to god, she holds these parts of the map SO well. I'd post this in sombra mains but i got banned for criticizing the mod lol.
I finally bought a new phone, and found out I can't run feeld, because android is out of date, despite the phone being like 5 years old. How do i avoid this? I really just want basic, reliable, affordable functionality.
My phone broke, so I bought one that's about five years old, and feeld is the only app that won't run, because it needs an updated OS. Is there any way I can access my profile?
I cannot for the life of me find anything but drafting pencils with mega thick lead. I just want... a nice, fancy, pretty writing implement. I was considering a pen, but then I went down a rabbit hole and didn't know what kind I wanted, or if I wanted one. Mechanical pencils are just... so freakin' useful. Ideally I'd have a nice little ribbon or something to keep it attached to my notebook.
edit: I'm hoping to avoid anything looks like... professional? I'm more into the vibe of feathered quills and needlessly gaudy ornamentation. I want it to look like a toy, not a tool.
